I AM ON MY WAY TO THE GUILDFORD COUNTY COURT. IN MANY WAYS THE ENGLISH GOVERNMENT BLOCKING ME TO DOWNLOAD THE IMFORMATION, PREPARE MY EVIDENCES, ETC. THEY SABOTAGE BY WIRELESS MY LAPTOP EARLY IN THE MORNING UNTIL I WORKED VERY HARD UNTIL 4:00 AM.

DURING THE COURT TODAY:
ON: 27042007I worked until 4:00 am this morning preparing all the evidences to place in court again and to give them to the New Barrister in the Court.
When I switched on my Lap Top all the files and programmes were gone. Fortunately I have backup of some of them. I printed an Urgent Request to the Guildford County Court asking them give back my son ALLAN GREGARY GONZALEZ and I sent it to the Court and all parties involved by fax an email. I also downloaded electronically copy to all you Family and Friends (primos, primas, tios & tias, etc.).
I went out to the Internet in my local area. They could not print the photos in colour “BAN & MAN” but fortunately somebody helped me in one of the Internet Shops, with a lot of delays in doing the process, etc. I also applied a “tip” that somebody in the same shop gave me some time ago to make “files lighters” as attachments. I have to keep an eye on my back up to use it in Court and do not forget it in the shop.
Many Good Will Persons 7’s were helping me in the way to Cour in their own possibility and capacity. I bough a Travel Card zone 1 to 6 without troubles. I missed a train because “one Nina Tonta y Patetica a hacker” pointed me out to other direction, so I missed the train. When I went to buy the complement of my ticket to go to Guildford the queue was very, very long instead do not have queue at that time of the morning “AGAIN JUST COINCIDENCE TO BLOCK THE WAY”. So I decided walk for a while in WaterLoo Station and pop up in the next train thinking to buy the ticket to the staff in there. There was a message in the speaker in the South West Train that the passengers cannot buy the ticket in the trains. One staff was coming but as I now that “We can do it” I told him that we were still in zone 1 and I know I was able to buy a ticket from zone 6 to Guildford because we still were in London. He sold me the complement of the ticket, without any allegations at all and ignoring the message in the speaker.
I arrived late to court at 1:00 pm and I spoke briefly with the new Barrister. He advised me to sign the “Agreement” to do not take pictures, recordings, videos, change the nappy to the baby, etc. He just took the case yesterday in the afternoon and my new solicitor have not provided him with the full information (she have still not received the papers from my former solicitor and probably she still have not process the documents I have already gave her) so I noticed that he had some “blind areas of information”. I tried to help him out.
The Judge was an “Interim Judge”, somebody “PAYE as a Contractor” (private industry terms), so in that way he will act totally lost in the matter of the case of my Child, which in fact was what happen in this case. The Judge has not seen all the information that I have sent, placed in the Court and that I have even confirmed that it is in the Guildford Court. “As you know this is a very dirty and malicious strategy of wrong doing & corrupt people” the effect is “ Sorry, I do not know so I cannot help”. What a sad for my child and other children in his situation.
He acted in Court ignoring in total and also the Guardian, Legal Social Services, the Surrey Social Services, NWCS all the URGENT INFORMATION that I have sent them about the Health, Safety and Welfare of ALLAN GREGARY GONZALEZ; in that way WE ARE NOT ABLE to discuss & moving forward in Court about the situation to try to sort it out IMMEDIATELY in favour of my Child. SO THE DILIGENCE THAT I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS SENSITIVE AND URGENT MATTER OF MY CHILD, ONCE MORE HAVE BEING IGNORED BY - THE OLD ENGLISH GOVERMENT SUB-SYSTEM - using dirty & malicious strategies.
Also, the Judge told me that I was not cooperating in order to see Dr. McEvedy for an Psychiatric evaluation. I very clear explained to the Judge and the parties that there were a mixed up from the former solicitor Mrs. P. Ekeledo in doing the proceedings with the Legal Commission Services and transfer the Certificate to Ms. D. White, which was a critical mistake and mix up delaying the process at least 5 weeks. Fortunately Ms. D. White received the Legal Fund approval on 18.04.2007 and I had with her the first “formal meeting about the case of my child” on 25.04.2007.
Dr. McEvedy called me on 17042007 and I explained that I was waiting the approval of the Legal Fund to discuss this matter with my new solicitor. I called immediately my solicitor on 17042007, but. She was not available. I called her again on 18042007 she was neither available that day I left 2 messages for her. I called her again on 19042007 and she explained me that the order was not “an obligate one” that was a “Suggested Order” so I can make it or not. I called Dr. McEvedy twice and I left messages in his recording machine in order to call me back and also the details of my solicitor in order to call her directly, if he proffers. Also I told him in the message that I have not problem to be evaluated by him in case he wants to contact me back. He never call me back.
On 25042007 my solicitor and myself discussed the matter about to meet Dr. McEvedy, she stated that was a “Suggested Order” and also I would like to change to a Psychiatric “out of the system” and go for a “Private one”. She also, suggested me to find out a new Psychiatric from her list and I say I would think about that. Apparently my new Solicitor did not inform that issue to the Barrister so I helped him out in Court to guide the Judge in his – typical blind eyes - “lack of light” or “missing out KEY information”.
The Judge said that I am OBLIGATED to see Dr. McEvedy even when it is a “Suggested Order” you know “KEEPING FEEDING THE PUTRIFY SYB- SYSTEM”. So I AM ASKING MYSELF, WHERE HAVE GONE HUMAN RIGHTS AND ALSO WHERE HAVE GONE THE RIGHTS OF MY CHILD AND HIS HUMAN RIGHTS ?
The Judge said that he was “so concern about my mental health”. “TYPICAL DEECLARATION OF WEAKNESS FROM UNNATURAL LOSERS”. When they are totally lost and the whole NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES have lost the confidence in “The Old English Government SUB-System” and in the Law Sub-System (I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT THE FACT THAT IN A DEVELOPED, CIVILICED AND MODERN COMMUNITY OR SOCIETY” THE LAW AND JUSTICE SYSTEM IS THE SPINE OF IT.), WHICH MUST WORK IN FAVOR OF THE PERSONS AND NOT AGAINST THEM.
He said if I do not take the “Psychiatric Evaluation” IN OBLIGATORY BASES with Dr. McEvedi he will put me out of the case and will continue the case by himself in “BENEFIT OF THE RAPES, EMOTIONAL & PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE, ABUSE, RENTING AND SELLING OF MY CHILD ALLAN GREGARY GONZALEZ”. As you very well know which is extremetely obvious this is the objective from the beginning doing all the steps in the whole proceeding Interim Care Order Proceeding totally outside the GOD LAW, THE NATURAL LAW AND THE LAW OF THE MEN (HUMAN BEINGS).
IT MEANS I HAVE TWO “FAIR” OPTIONS: OR YOU DO IT AS WE SAY OR YOU DO IT AS WE SAY – Typical Retrograde Sub-System.
**A NEW GOVERNMENT SYSTEM = Created by the people to WORK IN FAVOUR OF THE PEOPLE. Fortunately for the Worldwide Community we have not other “Medieval, barbaric and cruel system in other countries” such as the English one. We have Worldwide outstanding Judges and Solicitors all over the globe working in synergy with the people and improving day by day the “Government and Legal Systems” in their Countries. The Old English Government SUB-system” = Works against the people in benefit to the wrong doings of Burgesses, Rich, Politicians and “Sophisticated Dirty People”.
The Guardian have totally ignored all my requests asking them for an appointment because I could not attend the one she suggested me (for personal reasons moving out from my current address) . She even did not say to the Judge that I have sent her an email confirming her visit to my home on 01052007. She just said to the judge that I was not cooperating at all in the process, WHAT A HARD FACE OF THIS PEOPLE JUST TO KEEP RUNNING THE DIRTY AND PUTRIFY SUB-SYSTEM WITH THE TRADE OF OUR CHILDREN AND LIVES !
I explained briefly my position to the Judge that I was in the process to move out of home and applying to the Lambeth Borough to be re-housing. He also, is aware that I have already made an appointment with the Guardian to visit me at home on 01052007.
* So as usual in “THE ENGLISH GOVERNMENT SUB-SYSTEM” after ALL MY DILIGENCE AND ALL THE BANS, BLOCKS, ETC. THEY HAVE DONE TO ME to deal with the case of my son ALLAN GREGARY GONZALEZ, those “Unnatural Losers” tried to put me down in the Court with the Lies, Misleading, Omission of Key information, etc. and the Interim PAYE Contract Judge was participating in that again. What a lack of Professionalism, Ethical Principles, Moral Conduct, etc.
Also, after finished the Court the Barrister advised me once more to sign the “Agreement” in order to allow me to have Contact with my son ALLAN GREGARY GONZALEZ but the Good Will People have advised me to no sign it and quit The Rights of the Child and our Human Rights. Also, because it is a very well known proceeding from Social Services to make a Trap to the Parents/Family of the Children, making report full of untrue information in order to place it in Court and take away the Children and place them in adoption. If you remember recently, Surrey Social Services stated verbally and in writing that I have seen my Child on 13042007, Cuadran Court in Woking, Surrey and also stated that the staff in the whole Surrey Social Services saw me there, while contradictory to their allegations I have in writing from witnesses that I have being in London at all times, and personally I have not going out from London during April’2007. neither visit to Woking, Surrey, which personally does not like me anymore because of their “Dirty and Medieval Practices”. Sorry for the Good Will People 7’s overthere.
The situation is very clear, they wanted me do not take pictures, recordings, videos, and not change the nappy of my child in order to do not have evidences to place in Guildford Court about how badly he is being abused Sexually, Emotional, Psychological, etc. and the strong “COINCIDENCE” in making an untrue report stating that I have harm my child and requesting a total separation from my son and place him for adoption, as they have done before with hundreds of thousand of children during generations. There is the “COINCIDENTIAL POSIBILITY” that he Court could approve it obviously in support of “the wrong doing of their partners and supporters - THE JUDGES”.
The Barrister will challenge URGENTLY the fact that is allowed to take pictures, recordings, videos and change the nappy to my child in the UK in order to ALLOW ME TO HAVE CONTACT WITH MY SON ON THE SAME BASES THAN BEFORE.
I am quite happy that the Satellite, Wireless, Digital Evolution, Hi Tech is available in the U. K. and Worldwide for Good of the People and SPECIAL THANKS to the Good Will People 7’s that downloaded the FULL recordings of today’s Hearing in Guildford County Court already circulating in the Net.
