Dear Dr. McGowan,
As you very well know because I have informed to you in writing and to the CMHT5 Mrs. MA Harrison that I have moved out from my former address in Streatham Hill to a new address in Brixton, which you already had on your records.
I have being requesting many times in the last 2 months copy from my Medical Records until 24 Junion 2007 to Mrs. MA Harrison to be sent at home in order to place them Urgently in Guildford Court regarding to the Interim care order against my little son Allan Gonzalez, Venezuelan Citizen. As well as, I have requested many times to the former CMHT to transfer my Medical Records to the new CMHT that belong to my new home address. Very sadly until know I have being just receiving promises in writing from Mrs. MA Harrison but not any positive result from her yet according with the information from the new CMHT (see copy email attached). Fortunately, my former GP have already post my Medical Records which I have already placed in Guildford Court.
In the meantime, I have already registered with my new GP – Dr. Williams. I have being having 2 appointments in the new surgery and also they have already referred accordingly with my request to the new CMHT in order to star to have my appointments with them. Also, I have being receiving my prescription for medication according with the “medieval sub-english system”. I had pop up twice into the CMHT to make my appointment but they had stated that the former CMHT is holding my transfer and they are not able to perform their tasks accordingly.
In the same way, I have received an email from the new CMHT, Ms. Michelle Webbe stating that Mrs. MA Harrison have gave me an appointment for last week but I have not received any letter at home about that supposedly appointment, which I obviously could not confirm in writing as usual & also taking into consideration that I have left my former address since 2 months ago and living in a new area that belongs to another CMHT. (please see copy attached).
Taking into consideration that you are my former Consultant Psychiatric, as well as I am currently living in Lambeth Area, Brixton I am quite happy to attend an appointment with you, in case you need to evaluate me again, in the Lambeth Hospital which is quite appropriate because it is based in the same area where I am living, and not outside my area in Streatham Hill. Also, I would like to request directly t you you copy from My Medical Records until 24 Junion 2007 to place them urgently in Guildford Court & you would make the proper transfer from them to the new CMHT.

G) I AM QUITE HAPPY TO ATTEND ANY IMMEDIATELY APPOINTMENT WITH ANY
NURSE, PSICHIATRIC5 DOCTOR, ETC. IN THE NEW (YOUR) CMHT5 WHICH IS THE
ONE THAT IS INSIDE MY JURISDICTION ACCORDINGLY, as soon as I have my
appointment letter or email appointment. I will confirm to you in
writting immediately as usual.

I BOUGTH MY TICKET AND WAITED IN THE TRAIN STATION. THE TRAINS WERE DELAYED YOU KNOW CANE5 DELAYING & CANCELLING TRAINS. SCAM5 THEY INITIALLY DELAYED THEM, AFTER PASSANGERS WAIT MORE THAN 30' THEY JUST CANCELLED. BE SMART, RELAX & COOL "A MOTHER IS ALWAYS A MOTHER". PLEASE USE ALTERNATIVES EFFICIENT WAYS TO VIAJAR, YOU CHILDREN & LOVES ONES DESERVE IT. I MADE MY JOURNEY IN MANY DIFFERENTES WAYS BUT THE TRAINS WERE DELAY AND RUNNING VERY SLOWLY SO I COULD NOT MAKE A GOOD CONECTION CONSEQUENTLY I ARRIVED AT 11:43 AM FINALLY TO SURREY SOCIAL SERVICES, WHICH WAS QUITE LATE SO MY LITTLE SON ALLAN GONZALEZ WAS GONE. MY LITTLE SON ALLAN GONZALEZ WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE & HAVE CONTACT WITH HIS MUM, VERY SADLY AND AGAINST THE BEST INTEREST & WELFARE TO MY LITTLE ONE. JUST MY GOD KNOWS, ALL THE "MALABARES" THAT ME AND OTHER GOD WILL PEOPLE MUST TO INGENIE TO MAKE POSSIBLE THAT WE HAVE CONTACT 3 TIMES PER WEEK.
MY REACTION QUITE COOL BECAUSE I KNOW ALREADY THE SUB5 MAKE ALL THE TIMES THIS BULLING, DELAYS, CHATING, CANCELATIONS, ETC. TO MAKE FEEL MISERABLES THE OTHERS NICE GOD WILL PEOPLE AS THEY ARE BUT THE "WISDOM FROM MY GOD HELP OUT TO THE NICE AND GOD WILL PEOPLE TO OVERCOME THIS TYPE OF WRONG DOINGS AND KEEP THE CALM AND COOLNESS".
I KNOW VERY WELL THAT MY SON KNOWS I LOVE HIM VERY MUCH AND THAT IS THE IMPORTANT ISSUE.
REMEMBER THEY ALWAYS WILL HAVE SHOWERS WITH PUPU BECAUSE THEY ARE CANE5 WHILE THE HUMAN BEINGS LOVES THE FRESH AND CLEAR WATER TO HAVE SHOWERS TO FEEL DELICIOUSLY CLEAN & RELAXED.

Dear Dr. McGowan,
As you very well know because I have informed to you in writing and to the CMHT5 Mrs. MA Harrison that I have moved out from my former address in Streatham Hill to a new address in Brixton, which you already had on your records.
I have being requesting many times in the last 2 months copy from my Medical Records until 24 Junion 2007 to Mrs. MA Harrison to be sent at home in order to place them Urgently in Guildford Court regarding to the Interim care order against my little son Allan Gonzalez, Venezuelan Citizen. As well as, I have requested many times to the former CMHT to transfer my Medical Records to the new CMHT that belong to my new home address. Very sadly until know I have being just receiving promises in writing from Mrs. MA Harrison but not any positive result from her yet according with the information from the new CMHT (see copy email attached). Fortunately, my former GP have already post my Medical Records which I have already placed in Guildford Court.
In the meantime, I have already registered with my new GP – Dr. Williams. I have being having 2 appointments in the new surgery and also they have already referred accordingly with my request to the new CMHT in order to star to have my appointments with them. Also, I have being receiving my prescription for medication according with the “medieval sub-english system”. I had pop up twice into the CMHT to make my appointment but they had stated that the former CMHT is holding my transfer and they are not able to perform their tasks accordingly.
In the same way, I have received an email from the new CMHT, Ms. Michelle Webbe stating that Mrs. MA Harrison have gave me an appointment for last week but I have not received any letter at home about that supposedly appointment, which I obviously could not confirm in writing as usual & also taking into consideration that I have left my former address since 2 months ago and living in a new area that belongs to another CMHT. (please see copy attached).
Taking into consideration that you are my former Consultant Psychiatric, as well as I am currently living in Lambeth Area, Brixton I am quite happy to attend an appointment with you, in case you need to evaluate me again, in the Lambeth Hospital which is quite appropriate because it is based in the same area where I am living, and not outside my area in Streatham Hill. Also, I would like to request directly t you you copy from My Medical Records until 24 Junion 2007 to place them urgently in Guildford Court & you would make the proper transfer from them to the new CMHT.

in order I start to have my new appointments with the CMHT5 that
belongs to my new permanent address.
G) I AM QUITE HAPPY TO ATTEND ANY IMMEDIATELY APPOINTMENT WITH ANY
NURSE, PSICHIATRIC5 DOCTOR, ETC. IN THE NEW (YOUR) CMHT5 WHICH IS THE
ONE THAT IS INSIDE MY JURISDICTION ACCORDINGLY, as soon as I have my
appointment letter or email appointment. I will confirm to you in
writting immediately as usual.
H) THE TRANSFERS FROM MY FILES FROM MY FORMER CMHT5 TO YOUR TEAM IS
VERY IMPORTANT & VITAL FOR THE BEST INTEREST TO MY LITTLE ALLAN
