As you very well know I have an tentative INDEPENDENT Consultant Psichiatric Evaluation with you on 27.09.2007 at 12:00 m. I have requested via email all your contact details such as our appointment address, phone & telephone numbers, your mobile and your direct email address. Sadly I have not received them yet.
Also, I have not received yet, your Professional Fe'es for this Psichiatric Evaluation + Report + Probable your attendance to Court (just in case the Judge requests you to do that). I understand positevely that my FORMER SOLICITOR MS. LIZ DRONFIELD have contacted you and have sorted out your Professional Fees with the Legal Certificate & had intructed you to carry on with my Evaluation on 27.09.2007 at 12:00 m, already. Is that information right and are you agree and happy with that ?
I wounder if you have received already my Medical Records directly through Dr. McGowan, Lambeth Hospital and CMHT5. If not please I need to be informed about it in order to take them by myself and bring it to you or sort it out accordingly.
I would be very happy if you are able to send me a direct email to this account with all information I have requested you and your position about if you are a satisfy with your Professional Fees payment, or any comments about this issue.

because I have RELEASE HER FROM THEIR DUTIES at the Interim c.o. case

I have spoken with Mr. M. Nusrat during this afternoon, to confirm his
attendance to the Guildford Counti Court on Momday 24.09.2007 at 2:00
pm for the Directions Hearing, as I have instructed to you since 28
August 2007, when we have our first meeting in your offices Also, I
HAVE INSTRUCTED YOU to contract his services to be my DEFENCE IN the
Interim c o in court in all our meetings, phone calls and via email,
many times, which copies are attached.
Because Mr. M. Nusrat was on vacations & moving in to other offices on
10.09.2007, I accepted that you choose another barister, which made
critical & serious mistakes during the Hearing in Court that I had to
clarify immediately to the Judge to avoid misleading or confuse the
court.
In all our meetings after that hearing I have told you very clear that
I WANT TO HAVE THE SERVICES FROM MY BARISTER MR. M. NUSRAT based on:
1. He is a Family Senior Barister, very well qualify and bilingual spoken, etc.
2. He has being my Barister in two previous cases in court with
outstanding positive results, it means the Judgment has being
favorable to us (to Allan Gonzalez & myself).
3. He is a British Citizen with International Background which I
personally prefer because we are International Citizens (Venezuelan
Citizens from the American'no Continente). Even his family members are
married to Englishs & Brisiths Citizens.
It' is very sad your are not receiving and processing my CLEAR
INSTRUCTIONS ACCORDINGLY about this issue and other IMPORTANTS ISSUES
FOR THE BEST INTEREST TO MY LITTLE ALLAN in the Interim co. & myself,
instead you are shaooting me down when we spoke in our phone calls and
in our meetings (ports & show pings), which I personally consider It
is very rude, unfair and unprofessional from you being my SOLICITOR
FOR MY DEFENCE.
I have spoken with Mr. M. Nusrat to ask him about how to manage this
situation because we have the Hea'ring Directions on Momday
24.09.2007: He advised me to REQUEST A NEW ADJOINTMENT DATE to the
Court & EXPLAINING THEM THAT YOU HAVE NOT PROCEED ACCORDINGLY WITH MY
CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS TO HAVE MY PROPER BARISTER IN THE COURT AS I HAVE
BEING REQUESTING YOU SEVERAL TIMES SINCE 28.08.2007, SO I DO NOT HAVE
BARISTER TO REPRESENTING ME AT COURT DURING 24.09.2007 in the Hearings
Directions. I will request to the Court a NEW ADJOINTMENT DATE for the
Hearings Directions because I have not my Barister because you failed
to process my instructions as I told you.
Hopefully you are not acting with racism, discrimination, xenophobia,
etc. against another British Professional Gent with International
Background due to the FACT that you are totally close down to accept
that my barister represent me at the Guildford Counti Court. You are
so stuck to keep a barister that I have not chosen at all plus the
fact that she had made serious & critical mistakes at Guildford Counti
Court in her first attendance, that I had to rectify immediately, to
make things very clear and properly, which is not exactly the best
idea to have a barister/solicitor defending you in any court.
Also, I am giving you the freedom to leave this INTERIM c o case
immediately starting on 21.09.2007, because you are failed seriously
to process all my information accordingly with my instructions and you
are not preparing a proper DEFENCE for me as the Mother to my son
ALLAN GONZALEZ, VENEZUELAN CITIZEN and as your Client in protect and
defense our interest as family. In fact, at this stage I have not
received your Contract of Services and I had not signed any documents
or contract between us because you have not sent me those, it is
obvious you have not documents supporting that you are acting in my
case as my DEFENCE.
I will immediately contact also 3 members to my family to support me
in writing in such as PETITiON TO THE COURT, NEW ADJOIRNMENT DATE &
about THAT YOUR ARE NOT ACTING AS MY DEFENCE IN COURT FROM 21.09.2007
AND CONSEQUENTLY you will not being acting any more in Guildford

days. Of course both of them are private Consultant Psichiatric the

I contacted them previously to see them but the LEGAL FUN was not
approved to pay them their fares to have made the Psichiatric
Assessmente by any of them.

HAVE INSTRUCTED YOU to contract his services to be my DEFENCE IN the
Interim c o in court in all our meetings, phone calls and via email,

Because Mr. M. Nusrat was on vacations & moving in to other offices on
10.09.2007, I accepted that you choose another barister, which made
critical & serious mistakes during the Hearing in Court that I had to
clarify immediately to the Judge to avoid misleading or confuse the
court.
In all our meetings after that hearing I have told you very clear that
I WANT TO HAVE THE SERVICES FROM MY BARISTER MR. M. NUSRAT based on:
1. He is a Family Senior Barister, very well qualify and bilingual spoken, etc.
2. He has being my Barister in two previous cases in court with
outstanding positive results, it means the Judgment has being
favorable to us (to Allan Gonzalez & myself).
3. He is a British Citizen with International Background which I
personally prefer because we are International Citizens (Venezuelan
Citizens from the American'no Continente). Even his family members are
married to Englishs & Brisiths Citizens.
It' is very sad your are not receiving and processing my CLEAR
INSTRUCTIONS ACCORDINGLY about this issue and other IMPORTANTS ISSUES
FOR THE BEST INTEREST TO MY LITTLE ALLAN in the Interim co. & myself,
instead you are shaooting me down when we spoke in our phone calls and
in our meetings (ports & show pings), which I personally consider It
is very rude, unfair and unprofessional from you being my SOLICITOR
FOR MY DEFENCE.
I have spoken with Mr. M. Nusrat to ask him about how to manage this
situation because we have the Hea'ring Directions on Momday
24.09.2007: He advised me to REQUEST A NEW ADJOINTMENT DATE to the

Hearings Directions because I have not my Barister because you failed
to process my instructions as I told you.
Hopefully you are not acting with racism, discrimination, xenophobia,
etc. against another British Professional Gent with International
Background due to the FACT that you are totally close down to accept
that my barister represent me at the Guildford Counti Court. You are
so stuck to keep a barister that I have not chosen at all plus the
fact that she had made serious & critical mistakes at Guildford Counti
Court in her first attendance, that I had to rectify immediately, to
make things very clear and properly, which is not exactly the best
idea to have a barister/solicitor defending you in any court.
Also, I am giving you the freedom to leave this INTERIM c o case
immediately starting on 21.09.2007, because you are failed seriously
to process all my information accordingly with my instructions and you
are not preparing a proper DEFENCE for me as the Mother to my son
ALLAN GONZALEZ, VENEZUELAN CITIZEN and as your Client in protect and
defense our interest as family. In fact, at this stage I have not
received your Contract of Services and I had not signed any documents
or contract between us because you have not sent me those, it is
obvious you have not documents supporting that you are acting in my
case as my DEFENCE.

Dear Ms. Dronfield,
I have the details from 2 Consultant Psichiatrics that are able to
provide a Psichiatric Report one in 48 hours and the other one in 4
days. Of course both of them are private Consultant Psichiatric the
first one cost is £475 and the 2nd. one is £600, both including the
report.
I contacted them previously to see them but the LEGAL FUN was not
approved to pay them their fares to have made the Psichiatric
Assessmente by any of them.
We are able to contact them immediatley. Would you like me to sent
you their contact details ?
