Dear Dr. Adrian Winbow,
Hopefully you are already informed that :
1. Ms. Liz Dronfield from Binmans & Partners So. is not representing me any more from 21.09.2007 because many irregularities in the proceedings (corruption, trafic of influences power abuse, etc). Also, that decision have beein supported and backed up from 3 members from my family.
2. Very sadly at this stage I have not received at home the Medical Records I have requested to Dr. McGowan in order to place a copy with you for my appointment on 27.09.2007 at 12:00 m.
3. Also, I have not received yet the FULL REPORT Dr. McGowan probably have made at this stage, even when I have been requesting him that. So I am not able to send the copy of this report to you previously to our appointment.
4. Because I was the person who suggested to my former solicitor Ms. Liz Dronfield to have an independient consultant psichiatric evaluation with you, I hope she have made all the arrangements previously to the 21.09.2007 that was the last day she was on records representing me. If that is not the case she is outside this case and she will be arbitrary and fraudulent acting in my behalf without my authorization either the authrization from my family members.
5. Have Ms. Liz Dronfiled made the Professional Fees arrangements to you previously to the 21.09.2007 ?
As I have informed to you all the information related to our TENTATIVE APPOINTMENT ON 27.09.2007 AT 12:00, I would like to make another appointment with you in order to try to sort out all these outstanding issues previously to the new one and also because a family member is coming from my country to attend with me the appointment with you.
