Dear Mrs. And Mr. Infante,
As we talked on your visit to my home on 14.08.06, where you kindly advised me to re-register Allan Jr. with all the details of his progenitor on his Birth Certificate, in order to obtain Philpott surname and consequently his British Citizenship. I promised to you I would think about it.
I though and also I have been receiving advises from people who know about it, so I am seriously taken into consideration some factors, such as:
1. The Judgment Outcome was positive to us but on some of its context were a Total Distortion of the Truth and events. Still waiting to verify who made the mistake.
2. Apparently we have not the right to complaint, ask for a review, etc. about some parts of its context. I am waiting from my Solicitor and Barister come back to me in written about it according with the UK Law, at leas for my information and records.
3. As you know, we have already received and Order from the Court stating we have the right to obtain the case cost in both UK Courts but we have not still the Order from the Court stating the Real address of the other party in order to be able to obtain our cost reimbursement.
4. Consequently, we are not able to obtain maintenance for Allan Jr. yet.
5. As you are very aware of, I am not able to divorce Mr. Philpott.
6. If I re-register Allan Jr. with Mr. Philpott surname I am not been able to take him away without his authorization and for sure he will be hidden because of his erratic behaviour.
7. I do not feel confidence enough to take a decision in this matter after all these events. It is also quite obvious Mr. Philpott’s plan is keep himself heding to avoid pay any Court Cost or maintenance to his son.
At this stage, I can tell you I will seek for Formal Legal Advice according with the UK Law about it before I take a final decision.
I know that as a honourable couple and family you have the best intention to give us advice but we have to be careful because the particular circumstances.

Hoping you are doing well. Just a few comments from my diary:
1. I have been receiving expensive bills from my T-Mobile. My free minutes & test messages were vanishing so quickly since few months ago, the network coverage is not full efficient, etc. I started to make a control of phone calls and text message and I realized that my free minutes and text messages were lost in the limbo, so I called T-Mobile to complaint about it and about the service. They said that I have talked all this time and yesterday I spoke 2 hours by phone, which is absolutely false because I know very well whom I called and how long I was in the phone with the people. Also, they are charging me the calls that I made to customer services because I have made the complaint about the free minutes and text messages? It is not fair because I am paying a plan and I would like to enjoy it. They really need to improve because they are loosing a lot of customers in the market, it could be for the same reasons are happening to me.
2. I requested to the Estate Agency few months ago an equipment to warming up the water that was ecologic, economic and obviously power efficient. I received a huge bill from my power supplier. So I contacted the Estate Agency. They sent me today in the morning a Private Electrician to check up the appliances. He checked up the appliances and told me the emersion heating (boiling) was set up wrongly by the previous electrician that the Estate Agency sent few months ago. I have to test the equipment and informed the Estate Agency and the energy supplier shortly.
3. After this, I called the energy supplier N Power to tell them about that I have to make again the readings. I asked them to reply in writing the fax and letter I have sent them five times before (02.06; 04.06; 21.06; 26.06 and 07.07, complaining about many issues. The receipt of the fax has been already confirmed by one of the employees and also she has given to the Manager. The Manager requested me to send it again today 27.07, because she did not receive it, it means I have sent the same letter six times to my energy supplier N-Power “unbelievable”. I have been asking for the reply of this letter many times, because my bill was quite huge and also because I received yesterday 26.06 (dated 25.06) a “Notice of Intent to Apply for a Warrant of Entry” It was “unbelievable” received this notice while we are still in a complaint with the Energy supplier and they have not reply to us. The precedent I have chosen N-Power as the best and cheap power supplier in my area. I opened my account with them in Feb’05. They have sent me a huge invoice during the 6 months the flat was empty, we were away, three different bills with different amounts and the same date reading, I have paid one of the invoices and they have brought forward another a new amount to my new account, etc. I have sent them many, I mean many, many, letters and faxes to amend their mistake. I have been rational and civilize dealing with these issues.
4. We went to the local Sainsbury supermarket to buy the milk for Allan Jr. As soon as we went into the supermarket the alarm system started to make a terrible noise. That happened once and I ignored it, thinking it was with other customer. We come back later to buy other stuffs and the alarm did the same again and the other customers start to see us terrifying. So I spoke with the supervisor and we test all the stuff in the pram of Allan Jr. and of course myself. She said that was your computer, and other stuffs, and they were not. She also said that was the stuffs I bought for the baby in Primark and we checked them and were not. So the conclusion was that the wheels of the pram of Allan Jr. are activating the alarm system. She called the Manager and this guy was annoying with the noise the alarm produce. I requested them to call the Police to sort out the situation and the Manager said he did not wish to be involved with the Police. I told himit is the first time and the first shop in two years, the pram has been with Allan Jr., that something like this happened to him and it is not happening to any other children. I hope that this issues finish here because I understand that bulling, humiliation, discrimination, etc. against children are illegal in this country and it is taken as Child Abuse. That issue was uncomfortable for Allan Jr. because the noise and the testing we have to do.
5. After I have been requesting during four weeks copy of some documents from my Solicitors, I received today just few of them because she did not sent all of them. Fortunately for me I have copies all over the world.
Just think for a minute, the days like that (7/24) to a Real Mentally Ill person, especially a Lady with Children, she will be "nuts".
It will be very appropriate take into consideration as human beings to meditate on them:

I am trying to keep the moral up, calm and cool because as mother and father, both together, I have to take care of him very well. For all that reason was that my little son ALLAN GONZALEZ, VENEZUELAN CITIZEN WAS BRUTALLY KIDNAPPY FROM OUR HOME IN LONDON BY SUCIAL SERVICES IN SURREY AND WE BOTH WENT BRING BACK TO WOKING AND ST. PET'S HOSP. CHE' RSEY, SORRY (horrendous PENALTIES TO US (SON & MOTHER) BECAUSE WE WON THE CASES IN COURT, WE WANTED TO GO BACK HOME VENEZUELAN AND BECAUSE I REFUSED TOTALLY AND VERY DETERMINE TO COME BACK WITH THAT "VASTO, PORK5 & I AM DIVORCING HIM). ALSO, THAT WE WERE NOT ALLOW IN NEARLY 3 YEARS TO LEFT THIS COUNTRY AND GO BACK HOME VENEZUELA TO STAY WITH MY CHILDREN, FAMILY, FRIENDS, ETC. My situation is that critical that I am not allow to rent any room to live in, my bank account have banes to do no allow me to take money to buy food or to pay the room rent in case somebody want to give me one, either I am not allow to defend my child because all my devices are hardly assaulted (your LAP TOP, MY CAMERA, MOBILE, RECORDINGS, VIDEOS, ETC.), I have not credit in my mobile phone, etc, (SERIAMENTE INDIGENTE). I am sorry to hear of your situation and the quite unbelievable developments that you tell me. However my technical IT department is more involved with systems and software rather than repair of computer hardware and least of all repair of laptops. I am sorry but they would not be able to help you.

Hopefully you all are doing well. WE have a very hard situation right now, the worse WE HAVE GOT IN ALL OUR ENTIRE LIFE OR HEARD FROM ANY OTHER PEOPLE.
I did not know that Greg Philpott was a bisexual ex-ron#al army and MI5 member (MANY INTIMATE BOYFRIENDS IN THE RON#AL ARMY AND MI5). For all that reason was that my little son ALLAN GONZALEZ, VENEZUELAN CITIZEN WAS BRUTALLY KIDNAPPY FROM OUR HOME IN LONDON BY SUCIAL SERVICES IN SURREY AND WE BOTH WENT BRING BACK TO WOKING AND ST. PET'S HOSP. CHE' RSEY, SORRY (horrendous PENALTIES TO US (SON & MOTHER) BECAUSE WE WON THE CASES IN COURT, WE WANTED TO GO BACK HOME VENEZUELAN AND BECAUSE I REFUSED TOTALLY AND VERY DETERMINE TO COME BACK WITH THAT "VASTO, PORK5 & I AM DIVORCING HIM). ALSO, THAT WE WERE NOT ALLOW IN NEARLY 3 YEARS TO LEFT THIS COUNTRY AND GO BACK HOME VENEZUELA TO STAY WITH MY CHILDREN, FAMILY, FRIENDS, ETC. AND WE WERE SENT OUT TO LIVE OUTSIDE LONDON (HARROW AND SOUTH KENSINGTON) FOR GREG INSTRUCTIONS (BIN5).
My situation is that critical that I am not allow to rent any room to live in, my bank account have banes to do no allow me to take money to buy food or to pay the room rent in case somebody want to give me one, either I am not allow to defend my child because all my devices are hardly assaulted (your LAP TOP, MY CAMERA, MOBILE, RECORDINGS, VIDEOS, ETC.), I have not credit in my mobile phone, etc, (SERIAMENTE INDIGENTE). There are some god will people that had helped me out because the people know that I AM DEFENDING MY LITTLE SON ALLAN GONZALEZ, VENEZUELAN CITIZEN WITH MY NAILS AND COMPLETELY ALONE IN THE U.K, ETC.
IT IS URGENT TO HAVE THE LAP TOP REPAIR URGENTLY, IN THAT WAY I AM ABLE TO MAKE ALL THE PAPER WORK FOR THE COUR5, IN THIS CASE THERE IS A FINAL HEARING VERY SOON AND I HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER COMING FROM VENEZUELAN TO HELP ME OUT (COINCIDENTALLY MY FAMILY ABROAD HAD GOT MANY BANES AT THEIR JOBS, HOUSES, ETC.) THAT THANKS GOODNESS THEY HAVE BEING ABLE TO SORT IT OUT.
I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF YOU WOULD BE KINDLY ENOUG TO DO ME A FAVOUR ABOUT IF YOUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT ARE AVAILABLE TO HELP ME OUT TO REPAIR YOUR LAP TOP THAT I HAVE. IN THIS CASE I WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP DEFENDING MY LITTLE SON ALLAN GONZALEZ IN ORDER TO COME BACK HOME VENEZUELA TOGETHER WITH MY FAMILY MEMBER THAT IS COMING.
