I am in the process of asking Dr McEvedy if he is able to conduct a further assessment by webcam. I have to advise you however, this is not a request I have ever had. Furthermore, it may be more appropriate, if you have more to say to him, that this is done on the phone if he is unable to do a webcam interview.



You also had concerns that I was not in the interview with you and Dr McEvedy, this is not unusual, the Legal Services Commission do not fund us to attend clients at meetings when an expert is conducting an assessment.



Finally in relation to providing you with his CV, I am just checking it is ok to provide this, as usually only the experts and the solicitors see the CV.



I hope to respond back to you by tomorrow.
