Comments About The Unlawful Events on 17.11.06 and Contacts with Allan G. Jr. from 22.11.06 to 04.01.2007
After many intents to obtain some help from the Woking Borough Council to rent a private accommodation in Kinston area through a bond scheme as we did in Woking (It was not approved because was outside the Borough); and asking some letters to North West Children’s Social Services Team to request some help to be relocated in any of the 4 Boroughs were we have being registered in London since 2 years ago. Surrey Children Social Services refused to give us any letter requesting to such Boroughs some help to be relocated within so I decided to go ahead with a Private Rent Room with the help of the International / Expats community in London. At all times, I have had a “Open Door Policy” with the Local Authority, Professional Involved, Family, Friends, etc. As a International / Expat / Venezuelan Lady I have no secrets, confidentiality or reserve for my good loving and caring people. (recordings of my meetings with the local authority, social services & other professionals are available and downloaded in the net, in case the court want to listen to them).
With the help and support of many people in London and in Surrey, we moved to London on 22.10.06 staying with Locals/Internationals/Expats families’ friends while we find out a nice and safe place to rent in London. We found out a room in a modest neighbourhood in Streatham, Lambeth Borough (affordable to our modest income at this stage) with a Latin American Family active members of a Christian Church with moral and principles and same cultural reference. The parents legally leaving and working in this Country and teenagers in School. After I verified all the safety and health issues according with the age of Allan Gregary Jr. and myself as a Mother and Father of my young son, I agreed to go ahead with the rent of the room on 04.11.06 (reserved and partially moving stuff in) and 15.11.06 (final payment with money lend to us by family friends). Moving out and cleaning of the flat in Dorchester Court, Woking during the on 11.11.06. Formal Notification to North West Children’s Social Services Team and others professionals on 19.10.06 (personally with Ms. Loraine McDonald & Mrs. Farell), by phone calls on 01.11.06 (replacement of Ms. Mc Donald); on 03.11.06 (Ms. Parmjit Kaur – introducing himself as a new Social Worker and agreement to meet in Burke Niazi Solicitors in London with Allan Gregary Jr.& myself, all details already on her records to send the letter letting us know the appointment date, personal recordings available) and 06.11.06 (Ms. Parmjit Kaur again agreement to meet with Allan Gregary Jr. and myself in Burke Niazi Sol. in London, personal recordings available in order they send the appointment date to them in writting), on 08.11.06 (letter to North West Children’s Social Services, Mrs. Paarmjit Kaur, Virginia Bordan, etc. and other professional involved (GP, Health Visitor, CMHT, etc) inform them we rented a nice and safe place, doing quite happy, and we will stay in London in order they de-registering us and to make the proper transfer to the local new area, etc.). Formal Notification and gave up the flat’s keys in Woking on 13.11.06 to the State Agency and cancellation of the Housing Benefit / Council Tax in Woking Borough Council. Registration in the Lambeth Borough on 16.11.06. We were doing quite happy in such environment Emotional, Psychological & Physical fit, stable and healthy both of us, with a lot of moral and emotional support, with warm, loving and caring people. Same mother tongue “Spanish” and typical home made latin american food, similar cultural background, etc. visiting parks, churches, other amenities, friends, families with public transportation 24/7, services, etc.
After the 06.11.06 North West Children’s Social Services Mrs. Paarmjit Kaur or any other professional did not sent any appointment letter to my solicitors Burke Niazi Solicitors at any stage or any other contact by phone directly to me or my 2 friends authorized by them and by me to be contacted in case or any eventuality or any contact to any member of my family abroad, all their details already on North West Children’s Social Services records nor the Venezuelan Consulate or Embassy. I would like to highlight the fact that we have had a very nice and full cooperative engaged with the Social Services, Mr. Alfred Benyera (1st. Social Worker, 1 year) and Ms. Andrea Juravle (2nd. Social Worker, 10 months) and we have a Supervision Order which was nearly to expire in December 2006 with visit of every 3 months in our home, and regular visit from Allan Gregary Jr. and myself to North West Surrey Children’s Team to deal with Travel Warrant (1 per month) & other issues and informal and occasional hellos just with Ms. Juravle in Woking Town).
As it is obvious on records, recordings, photos, web, etc. Allan Gregary Jr. and myself we have been in touch at all time with all the professional involved with us such as Social Workers, Health Visitors, CMHT, GP’s, etc. in a friendly and full cooperative basis. We have never missed any of the appointments in their offices or appointments in our home. In fact, for safety reasons and to keep the peace of mind of my family, friends, ex-colleagues and ex-bosses in the multinationals were I used to work, I have recorders, photos, webcam, etc working permanently with us to download the information by email to them.
On 17.11.06 at 10:00 am, after I registered formally to Lambeth Borough on 16.11.06 in the afternoon, I sent a fax to Ms. Parnjit Kaur, Mrs. Virginia Bordan, etc. reconfirming we moved to London and requesting the meeting with them in my solicitors offices Burke Niazi in London because we were on benefit and we have not the resources to travel to Woking and we have been quite happy and busy adapting to our new temporary address and to our social, emotional network, etc. Trying to redecorate the room, etc. At 10:20 am I called Ms. Parnjit Kaur and she was not available so I spoke with Mrs. Virginia Bordan who confirmed to me that she received the fax I sent them few minutes ago and once more we agreed to meet in London in my Solicitor offices.
At 10:30 am, Mr. J. Infante called me telling me he received a phone call from North West Children’s Social Services asking about Allan Gregary Jr. and myself. I explained it was so weird because I just sent a fax to Mrs. Virginia Bordan, one of the Managers and even I spoke with her and she did not comment anything about it. For peace of mind of Mr. J. Infante I sent to him copy of the same fax I sent that morning to them.
Allan Gregary Jr. and myself we were at home with the family doing our normal routine, breakfast, playing games, watching didactic TV program, having a bath, keeping clean and tidy our room and home in general, etc. to go out later on to a park. We basically spend the day with the mother at home, which it was very pleasant for Allan Gregry Jr. having a grandparents and aunts figures at home, when suddenly at 12:30 pm arrived between 9 or 11 people at home North West Children’s Social Services and Police Officers. I was in the 3rd. floor giving a bath to Allan Gregary Jr. so we were in the bath with the door closed and I had the bath soap in my hand when they suddenly open the door, which was so scary for my young son and me. The Social Services and the Police Officers never rang the intercom downstairs asking for us or to open the door. There were not and Order to do such action from any Family Court or Judge present. The family was completely distressed with the whole episode which I would like to highlight it was quite unpleasant and UNLAWFUL. In such episode I met Ms. Parnjit Kaur who was stating nonsense and I realized she was completely lost in the space about the whole situation. The family was defending Allan Gregary Jr. and myself stating I was a loving and a caring mother and that everything was fine and normal with us. They were crying and quite distressed. The whole operation was and extreme one totally out of context, place and time. Such type of extreme action breaches deeply the Human Rights Act, respect and consideration for others, terrifying the whole family, community and a young boy and his mother, totally inappropriate. The Authorities are very well welcome to come to my home in a nice, polite and appropriate way at any time because we have nothing to hide or feel scare or ashamed of and very specially because there is a loving, friendly, secure chatting little boy with me as his Mother and Father (2in1). I would like to highlight the fact that I was full cooperative with this terrorist and traumatic proceeding to avoid any kind of distress to young Allan Gregary Jr., in such a situation that was the must sensible thing to do from a mother, even when I was not agree at all and was emotional so painful for my young son and me as a mother/father. Ms.Parjit Kaur told us that Allan Gregary Jr. will be away just for the weekend and will come back home on Monday 20.11.06 but he would call me during the weekend, which I said it would be very nice even in such circumstances. Of course, I will wait the phone calls of my loved son because is the first time we are separated for a weekend. The family during the whole weekend was looking the phone number where I can reach Allan Gregary Jr. during the weekend because he did not call me as was promised by Ms. Parmjit Kaur, new Social Worker so they found out the number of Mrs. Anne Marie (0207-9193400) and during the weekend I called her to find out about Allan Gregary Jr. and speak to him, I left at least 4 voices messages in her recorder. On Monday the 20.11.06 Mrs. Anne Marie kindly returned my phone messages and explained me that she has nothing to do with Allan Gregary Jr. because he was in foster care in Surrey and not in London. I immediately contacted (20 and 21.11.06) North West Social Children’s Team in Surrey to find out about my young son and the Solicitors, Embassy, Friends, etc. after 5 days they decided to make arrangements for the 1st. contact visit in the Blacke Ward in St. Peters Hospital and following contacts, all of them recordered to keep inform my family, friends, etc. which such a situation.
At this stage it was quite obvious the plan was keep us separated for a long period. The recordings of the whole event are available on the net for the peace of mind of my family, friends, etc.
I was advised to take medication because I was unwell so they will bring a treatment team. After, the psychiatric said she will prescribe medication and I can go to the pharmacy to buy them I said yes. At the end of the day the only psychiatric just one, no two according with the UK Law, sent me to hospital in a Section 4 on Friday 17.11.06 at 6:00 pm (evaluation of 48 hours with out not specialist present until next working day Monday). I was evaluated by a doctor who asked me very technical questions that for obviously reasons I was not aware of the subject at all. I explained very clear to her I have never saw a chip, I never have seen a computer inside, I have not idea to work with cables, I do not know about the relationship foil and waves, etc. As a Venezuelan Citizen, the whole world is very well aware we have bauxite and we produce foil paper for local consumption and for export to use it in basics things such as: beauty, health, insulation, cooking, art craft, photography, sun block, decoration, etc. I am not aware about any relationship between computers, chips, waves, cables, etc. My professional training and background is strictly commercial and not technical at any stage. I recordered the whole interview and she decided to give me a section 2 immediately (28 days evaluation). I do not think that to be an ignorant person about some subjects, it necessary means to have a mental illness, at least no for the rest of the world. In fact, I have been evaluated by 4 Internationals/Expats Psychiatric and they cannot find anything wrong with my mental health, neither my family, my friends in the UK and abroad, the family where we live and the whole community, etc. Also, I have made a complaint to the NHS to lock Allan Gregary Jr and myself in a mental hospital nearly 6 months in 2005 without any reason at all and not following the Mental Health Act and proceeding and coincidentally after I brought the father of Allan Gregary Jr. to the UK Courts to defend our rights. Even with thou we won all the cases in the UK Courts and the last one ended on June’06 thanks goodness favourable to us. If there is any relationship between foil and all those odds questions I can assure you there is not a business for common mums, parents and kids at all. In fact, I am not personally interested to find out about this type of subject.
I was locked on 17.11.06 in a Maximum Security Ward, Blake Ward, after I was Sectioned (2) I have attended all the Ward round and full cooperate with all the professionals and staff involved, (all recordered) they asked me the same odds questions and I gave them the same answers. Without apparent reasons I was transferred on 01.12.06 to an Extreme Maximum Security Ward Laureate Ward). I called and faxed information abroad to family and friends and to my international representatives Consulate and Embassy, multinationals, media, etc. to be present in such horrendous situation and for my family to come over to the UK and to be in charge, because I was informed by my solicitor on 01.12.06, night time, that the Consultant Psychiatric wanted to stated I have not capability to deal with my business, so in such circumstances for the welfare of Allan Gregary Jr and our safety I was very much obligated to invite the International Community and keep them informed at all times. They personally evaluated the situation and all of them are very clear that I am physically, emotional, mentally and spiritual fit, well and healthy which is absolutely obvious. For obvious reasons on 12.12.06, the Psychiatric Consultant removed the Section 2 and sent me back to Blacke Ward. I agreed to remain in Blacke Ward as a Informal patient after that day, with leaving of 7 days weekly and totally discharged on 04.01.2007.
Also, I have had contacts visit with Allan Gregary Jr. in an average of 3 times per week all of them recordered and with some of them with Spanish Interpreter present. (1st. on 22.11.06; 2nd. On 24.11.06; 3rd. on 27.11.06, Allan Gregary Jr. never arrived and I stayed expecting him (it was cancelled by mistake by Social Services without inform my Solicitors or to me about the cancellation); 4th. On 29.11.06; 5th. On 01.12.06; 6th. On 05.12.06; 7th. On 07.12.06; 8th. On 08.12.06; 9th. On 11.12.06; 10th. 13.12.06; 11th. On 15.12.06; 12th. 20.12.06; 13th. 21.12.06; 14th. 27.12.06 and 15th. 28.12.06 (after many phone calls to Social Services and faxes the week of 17.12.06 asking and proposing Allan Gregary Jr. I had a leave on 22.12.07 (1:30 pm to attend a meeting in London at 4:00 pm) to 28.12.07 at 2:30 pm. Social Services was very well aWarde I was on leave to my home in London during such period and they never called me back to my mobile or sent me a letter at my home address letting me know the new dates for Allan Gregary Jr. visits, instead they send a fax to Blacke Ward at 19:12 on 22.12.06, which I never was informed about it and obviously I never received, indicating such visits of Allan Gregary Jr. In the Blacke Wardound on 28.12.06 at 3:17 pm I received such fax by hand from Dr. H Burton and I signed out its receipt on the list the same day (mail control). 16th. On 29.12.06 which I was informed the day before and obviously I attended to see my young son Allan Gregary Jr.on that day.
I sent a fax on 02.01.2007 to Mrs. Jennifer Wenmun requesting a schedule for Allan Gregary Jr. and proposing the 1st. contact visit on 04.01.2007, in order she have time to coordinate her personnel available, and to be held in North West Children’s Team in Woking offices. At this stage I have not proposed contact visit of Allan Gregary Jr. from Social Services in order for me to plan ahead.

08.12.06 Ms. Suzi Mellis & P. Kaur Asking about the health & welfare of Allan G. Jr. having in the visits 3 punches in the right & left eyes, an infection I his low lip, a very bad cough adding today a very bad ass hole and surrounding areas irritation. He has been dressing a very tide red t-shirt saying “trouble” in the left top side and not dressing nicely and dignity, as he used to dress. I received on 19.12.06 a letter from Ms. S. Mellis dated 12.12.06 assuring she will investigate urgently about my comments and will let me know. Allan Gregary Jr. after 08.12.06 in the visits with Mr. Mcguirre, Allan G. Jr. has improved positively in his welfare and dressing nicely and with dignity.
09.12.06 M s. Suzi Mellis and P. Kaur Asking for a hear cut Modern/Classic style for Allan Gregary Jr. Usually he has one per month with his stylist/barber or his mum. Still no reply to my request
11.12.06 Ms. Suzi Mellis & P. Kaur Stating Allan Gregary Jr. has being late 30 minutes in the last 2 visit, and suggesting change the proposed schedule 30 minutes ahead. No reply at this stage.
11.12.06 Ms. Suzi Mellis 1. Allan G. Jr. arriving late to the contact visit. 2.Requesting clarification about the fact that Mr. Mcguerry has been recording Allan G. Jr. contact with me, without letting know about it according with the UK Law. Stating I have not problem they recording our contact but at least to be previously informed about it. 3. Asking again location of the Foster Care where Allan Gregary Jr. is held to inform our Embassy/Consulate (Both of us registered as Venezuelan Citizens and holding Passports) about both of its citizen, specially a child which it is a sensible matter in our Country. 4. They never replied and Allan Gregary Jr. spent his Christmas in another home alone without his mum, brothers, family, etc. as was plan for me for such period and the cancellation (for 2nd. Time last year) of my trip to Venezuela the 1st. week of December’06. The whole situation made felt my other kids, family, friends, good will people around us, etc. quite upset and miserable and with an unpleasant feelings broking my heart. No drugs were prescribed and given them to me by St. Peter’s Hospital during the whole week and not partner/family to support me emotionally those days. God with Mums & Children.

I received on 28.12.06 at 3:17 pm by hand from Dr. H Burton and confirming receipt by fax to Mrs. Wenmun at 4:30 pm and confirming my attendance to Allan Gregary Jr. visit to Blacke Ward on 29.12.06 coming from London to Surrey.

On a letter I sent to Ms. S. Mellis and Ms. P. Kaur, I said: “I would like to confirm the receipt of the following documents from you:
· On 30.11.06 I acknowledge receipt of Application for an Order and Initial Statement of Parmjit Kaur in the Guildford County Court for 1st. time by hand from Ms. Denisse, the Barrister. Also, I would like to highly the fact that I have to contract a Solicitor and a Barrister that morning to let the Judge know that I was not aware at all of any proceedings in County Court against my young Son Allan Gregary Jr. and myself and I have been just informed few minutes before to go to his Court room. Consequently, I was unable to prepare a proper defence of Allan Gregary Jr. in Court.
· On 12.12.06 I acknowledge receipt of the Multi-Agency Child Protection Plan. I would like to highlight the fact that I never was invited to the meeting you hold on 21.12.06 about this particular and sensible matter, even being for Allan Gregary Jr. and me as his mother highly important. As you remember, you told me that Allan Gregary Jr. name was placed on the List of Child Protection Plan without my knowledge or point of view, which is extremetely sad for a young and loving child like him with terrible consequences in his future.
· On 15.12.06 in the LAC review meeting in your offices in Woking, Surrey I acknowledge receipt for 1st. time by hand and in the presence of Mr. George Walsh a full set of documents containing:
· Looking After Children Care Plan (dated 07.12.06) and
· Looking After Children - Review of Arrangements (dated 12.11.06) 5 days before Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away in an UNLAWFUL way by Social Services from our home in Lambeth Borough in London
· Looking After Children – Placement Plan. Part 2: Day to day arrangements (dated 04.12.06) given to me by hand from Mr. George Walsh for 1st. time.
· Looking After Children – Placement Plan. Part 1: Placement Agreement (dated on 20.11.06) given to me by hand from Mr. George Walsh for 1st. time stating I was agreed but I was not agreed at all that Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away from Social Services, Ms. Punjeta Kaur in such a way but I was full cooperative with the proceeding to avoid any kind of distress to young Allan Gregary Jr. in such a situation that was the must sensible thing to do from a mother in my situation with 9 or 11 Police Officers and Social Services at home at that time. If I was not agreed I would sign it. Ms. Punjeta Kaur stated that Allan Gregary Jr. will be just for the weekend away and he will call me. Obviously at this stage she was not telling the truth. 5 hours after I was sent outside Jurisdiction to Surrey, St. Peters Hospital and Detained & Sectioned by just 1 psychiatric, etc. when the UK Law Mental Health Act stated minimum of two doctors to do so. The family where we were living and friends were distressed crying and begging leave Allan Gregary Jr. and me alone because we were fine and very well care and love for them, etc. Coincidental with this action, Allan Gregary Jr. and myself we have to cancel our plans to go to Venezuela staying with family and friends for Christmas and New Year. What a sad and unfair coincidence…

I will not reply the Consultation… because I was not invited to the meeting on 21.11.06 consequently I am not able to give them feedback about it.
· Looking After Children – Essential Information Record: Part 2 Dated 16.11.06. I received for 1st. time by hand from Mr. George Walsh. The Son Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away on 17.11.06 after I sent a fax to Mrs. Virginia Bordan and Ms. Punjeta Kaur at 10:00 am and having confirmation by phone from Mrs. Bordan that she received the fax and have it on hands.Feedback from Parents attending Looked after Childcare Reviews given on hand by Mr. George Walsh about the meeting on 15.12.06. I will give my feedback because I was invited and obviously I attend it and additional information.”
My comments about Supervised Contacts starting from 22.11.06 to 04.01.2007 after 5 days Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away in a UNLAWFUL way by North West Children’s Team on 17.11.06
Contac On 22.11.06
Ms. P. Kaur state that the day that Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away from home in an unlawful way, she offered me that Allan G. Jr. would call me during the weekend and I said it would be very nice even in such circumstances, at any stage I said the phrase she has stated “Mrs. Philpott refused this offer and said to me aggressively “do I look like a fool” because I do not know what that phrase mean being the English no my mother tongue. Obviously as a loving, caring and sensible mother being separated in such a way for 1st. time for his son I would never refused any time of contact with my son. In fact, I will wait the phone calls of my loved son because is the first time we are separated for a weekend. The family during the whole weekend was looking the phone number where I can reach Allan Gregary Jr. during the weekend because he did not call me as was promised by Ms. Parmjit Kaur, new Social Worker so they found out the number of Mrs. Anne Marie (0207-9193400) and during the weekend I called her to find out about Allan Gregary Jr. and speak to him, I left at least 4 voices messages in her recorder. On Monday the 20.11.06 Mrs. Anne Marie kindly returned my phone messages and explained me that she has nothing to do with Allan Gregary Jr. because he was in foster care in Surrey and not in London. I immediately contacted (20 and 21.11.06) North West Social Children’s Team in Surrey to find out about my young son and the Solicitors, Embassy, Friends, etc. after 5 days they decided to make arrangements for the 1st. contact visit in the Blacke Ward in St. Peters Hospital and following contacts, all of them recordered to keep inform my family, friends, etc. which such a situation. So if what Ms. P. Kaur is saying that “Mrs. Philpott declined in front of 6 Polices officer, Social worker, Community Psychiatric Nurse and Psychiatric Doctor is stating something different it is a total contradiction with the recordings of all the events were recordered that day in our home and that have being listened for many people all over the world through the net. I even not going to make a comment about it because it is quite obvious the total contradiction.
In fact, in the recorders are the voices of the polices officer and other people making positives comments about Allan G. Jr. good health, positive and friendly chatting/happy young boy interacting with all of them. Their comments were positive for my as his Mother, Father and Carer. That is obviously an emergency situation or a young Son that can rise any concern to any one at all neither his mum.
My first contact with Allan G. Jr. was quite positive and full engage in our interaction, games, cuddles, hugs, kisses, etc. There are personal recorders available in case that the Court wants to listen to them which once more is a contradiction of the insensible comment of Ms. P. Kaur that “Allan did not seem to mind” interchange hugs and kisses with his mum.
In this contact, Ms. P. Kaur forbid me to speak in Spanish with my young son Allan G. Jr. so I explained that we used to speak in both languages (English/Spanish) and he is perfectly bilingual in both languages and if that was the case, I requested her to bring an interpreter in his next visit because I cannot change my natural interaction in a positive vocabulary mother – son, for her convenience, we even do not use the word “naughty”. At all time, I kept my natural interaction with my son as I said in both languages. I would like to highlight the fact that we never use rude vocabulary or rude or cruel actions between each other or with other people. As a Professional very well educated Lady and Christian, personally I practice the respect, love and consideration for other human beings and I teach my sons the same way. Allan Gregary Jr. is not an aggressive or self-destructive boy at any stage. Also, Allan G. Jr. just watched didactic TV and cartoons appropriate for his tender age in my company and supervision and not any program that has violence, wrong messages, etc.
When Allan G. Jr. does something inappropriate I speak to him calm, clear and firm in my teaching of discipline with love and respect and according with his age and his understanding. At any stage I support any wrong or bad behaviour to any of my children and obviously not to young Allan G. Jr. All of them are very good boys and I am very proud of all of them. I have a very clear structure of right or wrong and consequently I put the correct boundaries for Allan G. Jr. to follow. When he feels sad I cuddle him and I explain him nicely the right thing to deal or to do with the situation. He is very clever and receptive to my explanation.
As I said before, I sent a fax to NWCT, Ms. Suzi Mellis and P. Kaur, asking about the health & welfare of Allan G. Jr. having in the visits 3 punches in the right & left eyes, an infection I his low lip, a very bad cough adding today a very bad ass hole and surrounding areas irritation. He has been dressing a very tide red t-shirt saying “trouble” in the left top side and not dressing nicely and dignity, as he used to dress. In fact, in one of the visit of Allan G. Jr. with Ms. P. Kaur his eyes were punches/scratch and naturally I asked her about it. She answer to me that Allan G. Jr. was an aggressive boy and he use to harm himself against objects and the wall. I immediately clarified that Allan G. Jr. is a very sweet, friendly, confident, happy, chatting boy and that he never will do such a thing (recorders are available). I stated very clear that Allan G. Jr. never has suffered any type of accident, scratch or punches in any part of his body not in our private life not in front of Ms. P. Kaur in our contacts as she has stated, because I am very careful with his emotional, mental and physical health and welfare. Allan G. Jr. is very friendly with our family friends, nursery, etc. and even with strange people and boys we met in parks, churches, buses, shops, etc. My God and many good will people are witnesses of this fact. Naturally Allan G. Jr. has placed in a very hard position at his short age, which as a sensible parent I could understand he is not enjoying or having fun at all.
About the comment of Ms. P. Kaur about the nappy issue I even will not make any comment because her comment is totally ridiculous. After all my sessions with Allan G. Jr. I used to clean and tide the room and dispose safely the rubbish and dirty nappies as I done in our home.
Ms. P. Kaur stated: “Generally today’s contact was a good one for Allan G. Jr. and his mother”. Taking into consideration the whole circumstances which are very distressful for young Allan G. Jr. we have done quite well as we use to do as a Mother and Son.
Contact on 24.11.06- Blacke Ward
The contact with my young son Allan G. Jr. was quite positive and very engaged as we use to have at all time, it is very genuine and spontaneous. Mrs. P. Jones stated something in the 2nd. Paragraph which is completely outside reality taking into consideration that all the contacts with Allan G. Jr. are recordered and are a direct contradiction about the comments I supposedly said. About that Allan was having fun crushing the cheese balls on the carpet and she suggested me to tell him do not doing and I answered to her “I will tell him when I think he needs to be told”. I think it extremetely rude from Mrs. Jones even think or stated such a comment on her report when it never happened and also, I would never disrespect a senior person for “cultural reference”. I have a very clear structure of right or wrong and consequently I put the correct boundaries for Allan G. Jr. to follow. When he feels sad I cuddle him and I explain him nicely the right thing to deal or to do with the situation. He is very clever and receptive to my explanation.
The room was extremetely hot 28C degrees (personal thermometer) in fact I made the comment to Mrs. P. Jones, and was so bad for Allan G. Jr. and for me and he started to feel uncomfortable which is a quite reasonable reaction for a kid of his age. He did not want to separate from me and he left with Mrs. P. Jones very sad screaming mommy and showing a regrettable face to me.
Basically our contact was so good as usual and the positives comments from Mrs. Jones are accurate.
Contact on 28.11.06 – Blacke Ward
It is hard to believe that sweet Allan G. Jr. wanted not to see his mum, when he was picked up by Mrs. P. Jones or probably and very reasonable Allan G. Jr. does not enjoy too much the contact with Mrs. P. Jones taking into consideration that he was not happy all the way back home on 24.11.06 after his visit, in company of Mrs. Jones and very clear stated by her in her report.
We enjoyed our contact very well engaged as a Mother & Son in a good and naturally way with cuddle and kisses, games, chatting, etc. as usual. Also, I brought his bike to play with him, some cereal bars, wetabix, etc.
I made a brief comment to the Interpreter about why we have been separated, because it is quite shocking for the Latin Community the whole sad situation.
I usually request to Social Services in writing or to the companion of Allan G. Jr. keep his nails cut, clean his ears and cut his hear one per month, which is perfectly normal for any parent to keep her children clean and nice.
I do not celebrate at any stage any wrong or negative behaviour to Allan G. Jr as Mrs. P. Jones “stating he put Sudocream in his top and I just laughed” totally wrong observation.
Allan G. Jr. was crying and suffering when he left with Mrs. P. Jones again as he did on 24.11.06. Our contact was warm, nice and friendly as Mother & Son and Mrs. P. Jones was accurate in her positive comments.
The Review Tribunal was failed because the evidence showed was not taken into consideration and I have not the chance to make a speech at least of 10 minutes for my defence.
Contact on 29.l1.06 – Blacke Ward
Mrs. P. Jones stated another episode of Allan G. Jr. refusing to come to see his Mum and I could think that Allan G. Jr. does not enjoy too much the contact with her, as she had also stated on 24, 28 and 29.11.06 reports. After he arrived to hospital he was allright about going to see his Mummy which is a very normal reaction from a young boy for his mother.
Our contact was quite positive as Mother & Son. We were playing, chatting, playing, laughing, Son massage, etc. I brought raising, wetabix, fruits, etc. We always interact and speak in both languages English/Spanish.
Allan G. Jr. clearly told me “No Family” and I understand perfectly well that was speaking about the “Family” where we live with in London and obviously was not speaking at all about of family in Venezuela, his brothers and our whole family. She also, stated in her report that my kids in Venezuelan are with friends which is extremetely wrong because when I leave Venezuela I left my children with my loving mother, sister and family on legal bases and also on Social Services records. She is completely inaccurate about such comments.
I asked about where was living Allan G. Jr. with a family ? was it located in London or Surrey ? because there is too much darkness about the location of the Foster Care. In fact, the Venezuelan Embassy / Consulate has being not informed at all about that a Venezuela boy has been held by Social Services and his location. Even, at this stage the Venezuelan Government has not official information about my query to inform our Government about this sensible matter for our Country.
Mrs. P. Jones was totally inaccurate on many of her reports comments and it is a contradiction to the recording of the visit.
Contac on 01.12.06 – Blake Ward
Our contact was quite positive that day, because for personal & family reasons I had joy in my heart for a beautiful experience I had for 1st. time in my life many years ago, which reminds me wonderful memories. I bough to Allan G. raisins, fruits, cereal bar, etc. he enjoyed eating and toys, he enjoyed too. We played a lot in a very friendly and engage way, cuddles and kisses, stoking his back, massaging his legs and shoulders, he was particularly sweet and tender that day and we were laughing a lot. We played in the carpet, we ran around the room, teaching him the parts of the body parts in both languages, We as usual spoke spontaneously in both languages English/Spanish at all times.
I cannot get the sense in the comment about the things I wear, because I consider I dress/wear appropriate clothes/accessories according with my Latin lady style, occasion, weather, fashion, country, etc., even understanding & showing respect to other cultures when I have been abroad knowing they have a very strict dressing/wearing style for cultural reasons, so the comments about my dressing/wearing for me are totally out of order. I personally consider I dress/wear accordingly at all times with modesty, respect and consideration for others and not offensive at any stage. I accept that at this stage for my personal circumstances I am dressing/wearing very modest clothes but still keeping my Latin lady style, nice and with dignity. As a reference Venezuela had a very strong influence in fashion from France, Spain, Italy, New York, etc. which are very prestigious fashion industries known them worldwide.
Allan G. Jr. had another punch/scratch (the 3rd. one) in his face. Honestly talking in all his 28 months of age, he never has had so many punches or scratches, not even one on his body. So, I was impacted how did he get 3 punches/scratches in both eyes just in a period of 12 days. I asked Ms. P. Kaur about it and she stated even in her report that Allan G. Jr. has hurt himself and that he can inflict himself pain. I immediately clarified very calm and firm to Ms. P. Kaur and Ms. Loraine that Allan G. Jr. would never harm himself, because he is so sweet and he is not an aggressive boy to self-inflict pain to himself neither to others. She also state that “the children could behave like this when he cannot get their own way”, it is not the case of my young son, Allan G. Jr. cries and stand up in his toes to obtain what he wants. As I said already “When he feels sad or in this way, I cuddle him and I explain to him nicely the right thing to do accordingly with the situation. He is very clever and receptive to my explanation” and he forget the issue nearly instantly.
I said polite and clear to Ms. P. Kaur and Ms. Loraine I have never received any documents from North West Children’s Team about a case in Court, until the day before 30.11.06 at the Court offices where Ms. Denisse gave me some documents by hand few minutes before to go in to the Court Room and in fact I contracted the services of a Solicitor and Barrister for an hour to let the Judge know that I have not informed about this new case in Court and consequently I have not received the documents from Social Services I was not able to prepare and present a proper defence for my young son Allan G. Jr. that day in Court, which I consider was totally unfair for my young son and for me as his Mother/Father/Carer.
At all times I tried to enjoy every second with my son Allan G. Jr. in his visit and I do not like to be disrupted with other issues apart of our contact. Usually, Ms. P. Kaur and Loraine wanted me to talk with them about other issues and I have clarified them that there is not the right time to do that because that hour is so special for my son and for me, as a Mother & Son. I have been very much obligated to request them to restrain to keep doing so. Also, I have instructed them they can fax me, sending me or letting me letter with the staff that I would received and sign the mail control to assure them I have received them.
Ms. P. Kaur and Ms. Loraine that I prefer the people call me Mrs. Philpott instead of Gloria, which is right for etiquette and cultural reasons, specially when the person is not your personal friend, family, etc.
I personally prefer fresh home made food and fresh juices and water for Allan G. Jr. and I am very careful to give him different variety of fresh and healthy diet/drinks accordingly. I went out to bring filtered water to Allan G. Jr. because he refused to drink the bottle of drink the foster care sent. I came back and we smile and cuddle each other because he was not please that I left the room to pick up his water. So he drank it very happy.
We keep playing and he tried to climb on the chair to rise up to the window, he loves se by the window in my company and a teaching the colours, the cars, buses, bikes, motorcycles, etc. how nice is the people and kids walking in the street, the shops, the birds flying around, the sun and the sky, etc. In this occasion and in other he tries to remove the blind to see by the window by I explained nicely and clear he cannot touch the blinds because can be damaged instead he has to call me to help him out. It means, I gave right directions with love and discipline to my young son accordingly.
We have a very strong bond and interactive engage at all times with physical, verbal and eye contact quite positive as a Mother & Son.
Allan G. Jr. went out from the small room and the Ladies stating he wants to run away from his mum, quite offensive and insensible coming from both representatives of the Social Services Children’s Team. Also, I have to change his nappy as usual but the foster care did not send the cream so I requested to go out to bring his Sudocream I have in the room to change properly his nappy and protecting for any rashes or irritation because ha has never had one. Ms. P. Kaur state that “Mrs. Philpott took Allan from me and chatted to him”. Yes, I chat softly to my kids and especially to young Allan G. Jr.. It is our natural way to be as loving and caring parents, for the education I received as a child and my cultural background.
We tide up the toys in the room together. I usually during our contacts I keep it tidy to avoid that Allan G. Jr. fell down and avoid any accident.
Allan G. Jr. was crying when he was leaving and I tried to give him comfort speaking him softly and cuddling him, also I usually made prayers for him.
Ms. P. Kaur stated “Carolina (the interpreter) informed me that the staff at the hospital informed her that Mrs. Philpott had not taken her medication this morning”. A very weird comment taking into consideration that Caroline is not a staff in the ward and I understand she has to keep confidentially about the patients businesses, and the fact, I have being full cooperative with all the professionals and staff involved in “MY CARE”.
As I have stated before, the whole visit is recorded for the peace of mind of my family, friends, etc. and available for the Court.
Contact on 05.12.06 – Laureate Ward
I took few minutes to go out to see Allan G. Jr. because there was not staff available to open the door. As usual our contact was quite happy and positively well engaged. We were so happy to see each other and we kissed and cuddled. I noticed a very red infection in his low lip. Also, I noticed he was quite low in his moral in respect with all the visit before and the last one on 01.12.06, and in fact I made the comment to Ms. P. Kurd and Caroline the translator. We were interacting very nicely when few minutes after Ms. P. Kaur asked me to come out of the visit room to speak to me privately, which was quite weird to me. She wanted to give me by hand some papers she did not posted to me before to go to Court on 30.11.06 in order to prepare the proper defence for my son Allan G. Jr. in court. I asked her, once more, to be more sensible and do not interrupt my contact - visit with Allan G. Jr., which is especially important for my son and for me. I told her that those documents were important for me to receive them before to attend the Court on 30.11.06. At this stage, she can left the documents with the staff or posted to me, at her convenience. She got quite upset because I requested do not keeping interrupting the contact – visit with Allan G. Jr. and because I did not thing would be appropriated received all those documents at that stage and circumstances. She also asked me about the details of the new GP in London for Allan G. Jr. and I said that the St. Hospital, CMHT, GP in Woking have updated the details of the new GP in London and also I personally gave it to her as soon as the contact-visit finished that day in the presence of one of the staff.
As I said, I noticed Allan G. Jr. had a low lip infection, which was quite red and I made the comment to Ms. P. Kaur. She stated to the Interpreter and myself that Allan G. Jr. has harmed himself again, which it is quite obvious Allan G. Jr. had an infection in his low lip. Once more, I defended the position of my young son stating that he would never harm himself.
We were very relaxed set down on the floor reading a book about Christianity and the Master Jesus Christ that the family were we live brought me during the weekend this weekend.
Allan G. Jr. enjoyed his bananas, raisings, cereal bars, etc. he was very low at that stage and he wanted not to move around while he was eating. I commented that Allan G. Jr. was so low and in fact something disliked him and he start to cry a little bit and I gave him comfort. In fact, I highlight that spontaneously reaction from him to the Interpreter (Ms. Caroline) stating that Allan G. Jr. does not harm or self inflict any type of damage in order to translate it to Ms. P. Kaur. Ms. P. Kaur stated “Allan G. Jr. had spilled the raisings on the floor and was eating from it twice and I did not discourage him”. Well, Allan G. Jr. never used to have food from the floor and not at his 28 months. I do not allowed him to take anything from the floor and eating, I am so strict about the health and safety of my young son. The episode was that while I was tiding up the floor in few seconds, with the back to Allan G. Jr., Ms. P. Kaur said he took one raisin from the floor that was left and put it in his mouth but I did not see Allan G. Jr. such action because I was on my back.
We counted the numbers; we played with the trucks (baby truck and mummy truck). We tried to climb the chair to see through the window and I discouraged him to do so without my help. We were watching through the window together while Ms. Kaur was having a nice chat with Ms. Caroline (the interpreter). I made his nappy change I gave him kisses, cuddles and blessing. I encouraged him to be brave while he was leaving and to be a good a nice boy.
Ms. P. Kaur stated that “Allan G. Jr. was playing destructively, trowing the building blocks all around the floor, Mrs. Philpott was laughing whilst he was doing this continually saying “good boy don’t do that”. Allan would not stop doing this until I said to Mrs. Philpott that somebody could really hurt himself or herself if the building block hit them an Allan continues to do this”. That day Allan G. Jr. was so low, he started to throw two pieces of the lego and I spoke to him asking him why he was doing that because he is a friendly a good boy and he never do that. That this action was not nice and please do not do it. He stopped immediately after I talked to him. It is very obvious that I tried to know the reason why he threw the two lego blocks and discourage him to do it because that was not a nice action and because the good and friendly boys do not do that. Consequently he stopped to do it immediately.
Ms. P. Kaur said “The Spanish Interpreter left at 11:00 am. Therefore I was without an interpreter fro roughly 10 minutes however this was not too difficult for me as Mrs. Philpott communicated with Allan G. Jr. in English”.
That comment is wrong because I changed his nappy in the presence of the Interpreter. We cleaned and tided the room before finished the contact with the interpreter present and cuddled, kissed him and say good bay. We all left the room together at the same time, I went immediately to the ward and asked to one of the staff a copy of the new GP details and ordered my lunch for next day. I came back to the door and I gave the information to her. She placed the baby in a total risk in the door of a High Security Psychiatric Ward asking me insistently to take the documents she failed to post to me before the hearing on 30.11.06, I requested her to leave for the Health and Safety of Allan G. Jr. I told her directly but she could not understand me at all, and I asked one on the staff that as soon as I have a family solicitors I would let her know the details and she can deal with them directly in the meantime I cannot take all those documents at this stage and in such risky circumstances.
Ms. P. Kaur stated “Throughout today’s contact it is evident that Allan does display attachments towards his mother with the way they were interacting with each other, where ever she went in the room Allan G. Jr. follow her”. It is very sad that Ms. P. Kaur has not notice on records already in North West Children’s Team about the 28 month of Allan G. Jr, through our family members, friends, the whole community of Woking, all professional involved in the care and in 6 contacts visit such a strong bond between Mother & Son, when is extremetely evident and obvious for the whole world.
Our contact today was good even with Allan G. Jr. feeling a bit low.
As I have stated to all of them, I recordered everything for the peace of mind of my family, friends, etc. and recorders about this contact visit also is available.
Contact on 07.12.06 – Laureate Ward, Lunch with Allan G. Jr, Mr. Mcguirre & Male Interpreter
The report of Mr. Mcguirre is nearly accurate. He omitted that I reserved for Allan G. Jr. to have a warm cooked lunch (Fish, vegetables and potatoes) with me as soon as he arrived to the contact visit, being the 1st. time we had lunch together after our last lunch on 16.11.06. I did felt happy & excited when I saw Allan G. Jr. it just to happen when you love someone especially if they are your own kids. Allan G. Jr. had a very bad cough. I asked to Mr. Mcguirre about his treatment. I bought him a ball and we played football, played in the house with sounds, colours, singing, counting, etc. we talked and cuddle each other. We played with number 10. Allan G. Jr. was playing with a “little monster”, he was playing to use it as a sworn so I took it away as soon as I could. I commented that I prefer Allan G. Jr. watch didactic TV programs such as CBB’s and cartoons appropriate for his age. He wanted to climb on the table and I asked do not do that because was not nice and appropriate. He stopped to do it. He climbed with my help to the chair to see through the window the people. I had to tell Allan G. Jr. that love is important but gentle discipline too in order to reinforce him his good behaviour. We played a lot, kissing, cuddle, etc. The contact visit was quite good & nice for both.
Contact on 08.12.06 – Laureate Ward – Lunch with Allan G. Jr. Mr. Mcguirre & Caroline (Interpreter)
The report of Mr. Mcguirre is nearly accurate. Also, who will be the right person to talk about his hear cut. He is playing interacting with me and also very independent as he used to do.We played football, counting the numbers, chatting, laughing, making baby massage. He started to scream and I encouraged to do not do it. He wanted to go out to the corridor to run and he got upset, we stayed in the room and changed the subject. Allan G. Jr. was watching Mr. Mcguirre many times and his bodylanguage denote that he was looking for his approval to do things. I asked to Mr. Mcguirre if Allan G. Jr. lived with him. He said not. At that stage I have not meet the foster care couple. Allan G. Jr. caugh was still not improving and he had black circles around his eyes.
“Mother said she doesn’t want Allan G. Jr. playing with monster toys. She prefers him to play with educational toys”. I prefer it.
Allan G. Jr. was throwing toys and I was quite surprised of such behaviour. He is always so sweet, smiling and friendly.
Allan G. Jr. tried to go out to run in the corridor and I had to stopped. I could understand he wanted to play as we used to do it in the parks running around together and playing with the balls and other facilities. I felt sorry for him.
Mr. Mcguirre stated many times I have being checking my mobile phone, which it is not accurate at all, my mobile phones are hidden on me and not superficial. So there is not way I can take them out from my pockets to check them because I did not listened they were ringing. I always had a recorder hanging on me recording everything especially all contacts-visit with Allan Jr. and a radio and I do not need to check on them at all.
Also, he state “Allan getting disruptive and kicking out towards his mother”. Allan G. Jr. never has kicked me our hit me out, he has not this type of reaction when he is sad or upset. He just started to cry and stands up in his toes, that is his natural way to obtain what he wants.
I do not use the phrase “You stop it Allan”, instead I used to say “it’s not nice what are you doing” or “it’s not gentle” or “not good” my mother tongue is not English and so phrases sound quite rude or inappropriate in my mother tongue.
Ms. P. Kour arrived asking how is our contact today: easy “Well as Usual”.
Fortunately I made his nappy change, even when the nappy was dry, and I noticed he had a terrible irritation around his ass hole and the surroundings areas. I made the comments to the Interpreter (Ms. Carolina) and Mr. Maguirre about it. I cleaned his whole genital area with wipes and I put Sudocream all over the area. I complained to Mr. Mcguirre about all the punches, scratches, low lip infection, cough and now the irritation in his hole and the surroundings areas. I sent a fax straight away to Ms. Suzi Mellis & P. Kaur about the health and welfare of Allan G. Jr., which she replied on 12.12.06 letting me know she would investigate and would let me know.
I said good bye to Allan G. Jr. and I gave him cuddles, kisses, stimulating him to be a good boy, I noticed his face was quite red when he was leaving, probably the room was so hot again. Our interaction was quite nice and good as usual. It was a very nice contact.
Contact on 11.12.06 – Laureate Ward – Lunch with Allan G. Jr. & Mr. Mcguirre
Very nice interaction and engaged with Allan G. Jr. He had lunch again hot food from hospital instead a cold sandwich from f/c. Allan G. Jr. loves hot food. I brough him sweets and cereal bars after lunch. I put gel in his hear to make him look more gorgeous. Teaching colours with the sweets and explaining them according with the nature. I noticed Allan G. Jr. has improved with his cough. Still Allan G. Jr. does not feel quite well with the cough. I explained how sensitive is the family issue with kids in my country “in my country child would not be taken away from a mother”, and not in an unlawful way. I asked Mr. Mcguirre about his professional background with children.
“The father of Allan fantastically good or that he will be sad when he hears his son has been separated from his mother”. I will not even comment about it.
I asked about the whereabouts of Allan G. Jr. to Mr. Mcguirre to inform my Embassy, family and friends because I have not received a reply still of my faxes dated 03.12.06 and 11.12.06. After nearly one month my representatives in the Embassy Consulate have not being informed about the sensible issue with one of the Venezuelan Child and Mother, neither my family on North West Children’s Team records.
The room was again quite hot and Allan G. Jr. start to get red and tired. I made the comment to Mr. Mcguirre.
Also, I noticed a little bag hanging around his chest and I asked him if he was recording my contacts-visit with Allan Jr. because I have been not informed about it at any stage by fax or post, or any other document. I clarified to him that I understand by the UK Law that you have to inform the other party that you are recording. I said I have not problem they recording our contact-visit but at least I would like to be informed as I do with them. It means, it is the right of the other party to know.
I played with Allan G. Jr., he was eating the sweets and biscuits. We counted, cuddled and kissed each other and visual contact.
As I have said before we have a very strong bond as a Mother and Son. Our relationship is quite positive and friendly and very well engaged. Allan G. Jr. is a sweet, happy, confident, friendly, smiling young boy. For the people who know him is “simple adorable and gorgeous”, very easy do deal with.

Comments About The Unlawful Events on 17.11.06 and Contacts with Allan G. Jr. from 22.11.06 to 04.01.2007
After many intents to obtain some help from the Woking Borough Council to rent a private accommodation in Kinston area through a bond scheme as we did in Woking (It was not approved because was outside the Borough); and asking some letters to North West Children’s Social Services Team to request some help to be relocated in any of the 4 Boroughs were we have being registered in London since 2 years ago. Surrey Children Social Services refused to give us any letter requesting to such Boroughs some help to be relocated within so I decided to go ahead with a Private Rent Room with the help of the International / Expats community in London. At all times, I have had a “Open Door Policy” with the Local Authority, Professional Involved, Family, Friends, etc. As a International / Expat / Venezuelan Lady I have no secrets, confidentiality or reserve for my good loving and caring people. (recordings of my meetings with the local authority, social services & other professionals are available and downloaded in the net, in case the court want to listen to them).
With the help and support of many people in London and in Surrey, we moved to London on 22.10.06 staying with Locals/Internationals/Expats families’ friends while we find out a nice and safe place to rent in London. We found out a room in a modest neighbourhood in Streatham, Lambeth Borough (affordable to our modest income at this stage) with a Latin American Family active members of a Christian Church with moral and principles and same cultural reference. The parents legally leaving and working in this Country and teenagers in School. After I verified all the safety and health issues according with the age of Allan Gregary Jr. and myself as a Mother and Father of my young son, I agreed to go ahead with the rent of the room on 04.11.06 (reserved and partially moving stuff in) and 15.11.06 (final payment with money lend to us by family friends). Moving out and cleaning of the flat in Dorchester Court, Woking during the on 11.11.06. Formal Notification to North West Children’s Social Services Team and others professionals on 19.10.06 (personally with Ms. Loraine McDonald & Mrs. Farell), by phone calls on 01.11.06 (replacement of Ms. Mc Donald); on 03.11.06 (Ms. Parmjit Kaur – introducing himself as a new Social Worker and agreement to meet in Burke Niazi Solicitors in London with Allan Gregary Jr.& myself, all details already on her records to send the letter letting us know the appointment date, personal recordings available) and 06.11.06 (Ms. Parmjit Kaur again agreement to meet with Allan Gregary Jr. and myself in Burke Niazi Sol. in London, personal recordings available in order they send the appointment date to them in writting), on 08.11.06 (letter to North West Children’s Social Services, Mrs. Paarmjit Kaur, Virginia Bordan, etc. and other professional involved (GP, Health Visitor, CMHT, etc) inform them we rented a nice and safe place, doing quite happy, and we will stay in London in order they de-registering us and to make the proper transfer to the local new area, etc.). Formal Notification and gave up the flat’s keys in Woking on 13.11.06 to the State Agency and cancellation of the Housing Benefit / Council Tax in Woking Borough Council. Registration in the Lambeth Borough on 16.11.06. We were doing quite happy in such environment Emotional, Psychological & Physical fit, stable and healthy both of us, with a lot of moral and emotional support, with warm, loving and caring people. Same mother tongue “Spanish” and typical home made latin american food, similar cultural background, etc. visiting parks, churches, other amenities, friends, families with public transportation 24/7, services, etc.
After the 06.11.06 North West Children’s Social Services Mrs. Paarmjit Kaur or any other professional did not sent any appointment letter to my solicitors Burke Niazi Solicitors at any stage or any other contact by phone directly to me or my 2 friends authorized by them and by me to be contacted in case or any eventuality or any contact to any member of my family abroad, all their details already on North West Children’s Social Services records nor the Venezuelan Consulate or Embassy. I would like to highlight the fact that we have had a very nice and full cooperative engaged with the Social Services, Mr. Alfred Benyera (1st. Social Worker, 1 year) and Ms. Andrea Juravle (2nd. Social Worker, 10 months) and we have a Supervision Order which was nearly to expire in December 2006 with visit of every 3 months in our home, and regular visit from Allan Gregary Jr. and myself to North West Surrey Children’s Team to deal with Travel Warrant (1 per month) & other issues and informal and occasional hellos just with Ms. Juravle in Woking Town).
As it is obvious on records, recordings, photos, web, etc. Allan Gregary Jr. and myself we have been in touch at all time with all the professional involved with us such as Social Workers, Health Visitors, CMHT, GP’s, etc. in a friendly and full cooperative basis. We have never missed any of the appointments in their offices or appointments in our home. In fact, for safety reasons and to keep the peace of mind of my family, friends, ex-colleagues and ex-bosses in the multinationals were I used to work, I have recorders, photos, webcam, etc working permanently with us to download the information by email to them.
On 17.11.06 at 10:00 am, after I registered formally to Lambeth Borough on 16.11.06 in the afternoon, I sent a fax to Ms. Parnjit Kaur, Mrs. Virginia Bordan, etc. reconfirming we moved to London and requesting the meeting with them in my solicitors offices Burke Niazi in London because we were on benefit and we have not the resources to travel to Woking and we have been quite happy and busy adapting to our new temporary address and to our social, emotional network, etc. Trying to redecorate the room, etc. At 10:20 am I called Ms. Parnjit Kaur and she was not available so I spoke with Mrs. Virginia Bordan who confirmed to me that she received the fax I sent them few minutes ago and once more we agreed to meet in London in my Solicitor offices.
At 10:30 am, Mr. J. Infante called me telling me he received a phone call from North West Children’s Social Services asking about Allan Gregary Jr. and myself. I explained it was so weird because I just sent a fax to Mrs. Virginia Bordan, one of the Managers and even I spoke with her and she did not comment anything about it. For peace of mind of Mr. J. Infante I sent to him copy of the same fax I sent that morning to them.
Allan Gregary Jr. and myself we were at home with the family doing our normal routine, breakfast, playing games, watching didactic TV program, having a bath, keeping clean and tidy our room and home in general, etc. to go out later on to a park. We basically spend the day with the mother at home, which it was very pleasant for Allan Gregry Jr. having a grandparents and aunts figures at home, when suddenly at 12:30 pm arrived between 9 or 11 people at home North West Children’s Social Services and Police Officers. I was in the 3rd. floor giving a bath to Allan Gregary Jr. so we were in the bath with the door closed and I had the bath soap in my hand when they suddenly open the door, which was so scary for my young son and me. The Social Services and the Police Officers never rang the intercom downstairs asking for us or to open the door. There were not and Order to do such action from any Family Court or Judge present. The family was completely distressed with the whole episode which I would like to highlight it was quite unpleasant and UNLAWFUL. In such episode I met Ms. Parnjit Kaur who was stating nonsense and I realized she was completely lost in the space about the whole situation. The family was defending Allan Gregary Jr. and myself stating I was a loving and a caring mother and that everything was fine and normal with us. They were crying and quite distressed. The whole operation was and extreme one totally out of context, place and time. Such type of extreme action breaches deeply the Human Rights Act, respect and consideration for others, terrifying the whole family, community and a young boy and his mother, totally inappropriate. The Authorities are very well welcome to come to my home in a nice, polite and appropriate way at any time because we have nothing to hide or feel scare or ashamed of and very specially because there is a loving, friendly, secure chatting little boy with me as his Mother and Father (2in1). I would like to highlight the fact that I was full cooperative with this terrorist and traumatic proceeding to avoid any kind of distress to young Allan Gregary Jr., in such a situation that was the must sensible thing to do from a mother, even when I was not agree at all and was emotional so painful for my young son and me as a mother/father. Ms.Parjit Kaur told us that Allan Gregary Jr. will be away just for the weekend and will come back home on Monday 20.11.06 but he would call me during the weekend, which I said it would be very nice even in such circumstances. Of course, I will wait the phone calls of my loved son because is the first time we are separated for a weekend. The family during the whole weekend was looking the phone number where I can reach Allan Gregary Jr. during the weekend because he did not call me as was promised by Ms. Parmjit Kaur, new Social Worker so they found out the number of Mrs. Anne Marie (0207-9193400) and during the weekend I called her to find out about Allan Gregary Jr. and speak to him, I left at least 4 voices messages in her recorder. On Monday the 20.11.06 Mrs. Anne Marie kindly returned my phone messages and explained me that she has nothing to do with Allan Gregary Jr. because he was in foster care in Surrey and not in London. I immediately contacted (20 and 21.11.06) North West Social Children’s Team in Surrey to find out about my young son and the Solicitors, Embassy, Friends, etc. after 5 days they decided to make arrangements for the 1st. contact visit in the Blacke Ward in St. Peters Hospital and following contacts, all of them recordered to keep inform my family, friends, etc. which such a situation.
At this stage it was quite obvious the plan was keep us separated for a long period. The recordings of the whole event are available on the net for the peace of mind of my family, friends, etc.
I was advised to take medication because I was unwell so they will bring a treatment team. After, the psychiatric said she will prescribe medication and I can go to the pharmacy to buy them I said yes. At the end of the day the only psychiatric just one, no two according with the UK Law, sent me to hospital in a Section 4 on Friday 17.11.06 at 6:00 pm (evaluation of 48 hours with out not specialist present until next working day Monday). I was evaluated by a doctor who asked me very technical questions that for obviously reasons I was not aware of the subject at all. I explained very clear to her I have never saw a chip, I never have seen a computer inside, I have not idea to work with cables, I do not know about the relationship foil and waves, etc. As a Venezuelan Citizen, the whole world is very well aware we have bauxite and we produce foil paper for local consumption and for export to use it in basics things such as: beauty, health, insulation, cooking, art craft, photography, sun block, decoration, etc. I am not aware about any relationship between computers, chips, waves, cables, etc. My professional training and background is strictly commercial and not technical at any stage. I recordered the whole interview and she decided to give me a section 2 immediately (28 days evaluation). I do not think that to be an ignorant person about some subjects, it necessary means to have a mental illness, at least no for the rest of the world. In fact, I have been evaluated by 4 Internationals/Expats Psychiatric and they cannot find anything wrong with my mental health, neither my family, my friends in the UK and abroad, the family where we live and the whole community, etc. Also, I have made a complaint to the NHS to lock Allan Gregary Jr and myself in a mental hospital nearly 6 months in 2005 without any reason at all and not following the Mental Health Act and proceeding and coincidentally after I brought the father of Allan Gregary Jr. to the UK Courts to defend our rights. Even with thou we won all the cases in the UK Courts and the last one ended on June’06 thanks goodness favourable to us. If there is any relationship between foil and all those odds questions I can assure you there is not a business for common mums, parents and kids at all. In fact, I am not personally interested to find out about this type of subject.
I was locked on 17.11.06 in a Maximum Security Ward, Blake Ward, after I was Sectioned (2) I have attended all the Ward round and full cooperate with all the professionals and staff involved, (all recordered) they asked me the same odds questions and I gave them the same answers. Without apparent reasons I was transferred on 01.12.06 to an Extreme Maximum Security Ward Laureate Ward). I called and faxed information abroad to family and friends and to my international representatives Consulate and Embassy, multinationals, media, etc. to be present in such horrendous situation and for my family to come over to the UK and to be in charge, because I was informed by my solicitor on 01.12.06, night time, that the Consultant Psychiatric wanted to stated I have not capability to deal with my business, so in such circumstances for the welfare of Allan Gregary Jr and our safety I was very much obligated to invite the International Community and keep them informed at all times. They personally evaluated the situation and all of them are very clear that I am physically, emotional, mentally and spiritual fit, well and healthy which is absolutely obvious. For obvious reasons on 12.12.06, the Psychiatric Consultant removed the Section 2 and sent me back to Blacke Ward. I agreed to remain in Blacke Ward as a Informal patient after that day, with leaving of 7 days weekly and totally discharged on 04.01.2007.
Also, I have had contacts visit with Allan Gregary Jr. in an average of 3 times per week all of them recordered and with some of them with Spanish Interpreter present. (1st. on 22.11.06; 2nd. On 24.11.06; 3rd. on 27.11.06, Allan Gregary Jr. never arrived and I stayed expecting him (it was cancelled by mistake by Social Services without inform my Solicitors or to me about the cancellation); 4th. On 29.11.06; 5th. On 01.12.06; 6th. On 05.12.06; 7th. On 07.12.06; 8th. On 08.12.06; 9th. On 11.12.06; 10th. 13.12.06; 11th. On 15.12.06; 12th. 20.12.06; 13th. 21.12.06; 14th. 27.12.06 and 15th. 28.12.06 (after many phone calls to Social Services and faxes the week of 17.12.06 asking and proposing Allan Gregary Jr. I had a leave on 22.12.07 (1:30 pm to attend a meeting in London at 4:00 pm) to 28.12.07 at 2:30 pm. Social Services was very well aWarde I was on leave to my home in London during such period and they never called me back to my mobile or sent me a letter at my home address letting me know the new dates for Allan Gregary Jr. visits, instead they send a fax to Blacke Ward at 19:12 on 22.12.06, which I never was informed about it and obviously I never received, indicating such visits of Allan Gregary Jr. In the Blacke Wardound on 28.12.06 at 3:17 pm I received such fax by hand from Dr. H Burton and I signed out its receipt on the list the same day (mail control). 16th. On 29.12.06 which I was informed the day before and obviously I attended to see my young son Allan Gregary Jr.on that day.
I sent a fax on 02.01.2007 to Mrs. Jennifer Wenmun requesting a schedule for Allan Gregary Jr. and proposing the 1st. contact visit on 04.01.2007, in order she have time to coordinate her personnel available, and to be held in North West Children’s Team in Woking offices. At this stage I have not proposed contact visit of Allan Gregary Jr. from Social Services in order for me to plan ahead.

Mellis dated 12.12.06 assuring she will investigate urgently about my comments and will let me know. Allan Gregary Jr. after 08.12.06 in the visits with Mr. Mcguirre, Allan G. Jr. has improved positively in his welfare and dressing nicely and with dignity.

The whole situation made felt my other kids, family, friends, good will people around us, etc. quite upset and miserable and with an unpleasant feelings broking my heart. No drugs were prescribed and given them to me by St. Peter’s Hospital during the whole week and not partner/family to support me emotionally those days. God with Mums & Children.

· On 30.11.06 I acknowledge receipt of Application for an Order and Initial Statement of Parmjit Kaur in the Guildford County Court for 1st. time by hand from Ms. Denisse, the Barrister. Also, I would like to highly the fact that I have to contract a Solicitor and a Barrister that morning to let the Judge know that I was not aware at all of any proceedings in County Court against my young Son Allan Gregary Jr. and myself and I have been just informed few minutes before to go to his Court room. Consequently, I was unable to prepare a proper defence of Allan Gregary Jr. in Court.
· On 12.12.06 I acknowledge receipt of the Multi-Agency Child Protection Plan. I would like to highlight the fact that I never was invited to the meeting you hold on 21.12.06 about this particular and sensible matter, even being for Allan Gregary Jr. and me as his mother highly important. As you remember, you told me that Allan Gregary Jr. name was placed on the List of Child Protection Plan without my knowledge or point of view, which is extremetely sad for a young and loving child like him with terrible consequences in his future.
· On 15.12.06 in the LAC review meeting in your offices in Woking, Surrey I acknowledge receipt for 1st. time by hand and in the presence of Mr. George Walsh a full set of documents containing:
· Looking After Children Care Plan (dated 07.12.06) and
· Looking After Children - Review of Arrangements (dated 12.11.06) 5 days before Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away in an UNLAWFUL way by Social Services from our home in Lambeth Borough in London
· Looking After Children – Placement Plan. Part 2: Day to day arrangements (dated 04.12.06) given to me by hand from Mr. George Walsh for 1st. time.
· Looking After Children – Placement Plan. Part 1: Placement Agreement (dated on 20.11.06) given to me by hand from Mr. George Walsh for 1st. time stating I was agreed but I was not agreed at all that Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away from Social Services, Ms. Punjeta Kaur in such a way but I was full cooperative with the proceeding to avoid any kind of distress to young Allan Gregary Jr. in such a situation that was the must sensible thing to do from a mother in my situation with 9 or 11 Police Officers and Social Services at home at that time. If I was not agreed I would sign it. Ms. Punjeta Kaur stated that Allan Gregary Jr. will be just for the weekend away and he will call me. Obviously at this stage she was not telling the truth. 5 hours after I was sent outside Jurisdiction to Surrey, St. Peters Hospital and Detained & Sectioned by just 1 psychiatric, etc. when the UK Law Mental Health Act stated minimum of two doctors to do so. The family where we were living and friends were distressed crying and begging leave Allan Gregary Jr. and me alone because we were fine and very well care and love for them, etc. Coincidental with this action, Allan Gregary Jr. and myself we have to cancel our plans to go to Venezuela staying with family and friends for Christmas and New Year. What a sad and unfair coincidence…

I will not reply the Consultation… because I was not invited to the meeting on 21.11.06 consequently I am not able to give them feedback about it.

The Son Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away on 17.11.06 after I sent a fax to Mrs. Virginia Bordan and Ms. Punjeta Kaur at 10:00 am and having confirmation by phone from Mrs. Bordan that she received the fax and have it on hands.Feedback from Parents attending Looked after Childcare Reviews given on hand by Mr. George Walsh about the meeting on 15.12.06. I will give my feedback because I was invited and obviously I attend it and additional information.”
My comments about Supervised Contacts starting from 22.11.06 to 04.01.2007 after 5 days Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away in a UNLAWFUL way by North West Children’s Team on 17.11.06
Contac On 22.11.06
Ms. P. Kaur state that the day that Allan Gregary Jr. was taken away from home in an unlawful way, she offered me that Allan G. Jr. would call me during the weekend and I said it would be very nice even in such circumstances, at any stage I said the phrase she has stated “Mrs. Philpott refused this offer and said to me aggressively “do I look like a fool” because I do not know what that phrase mean being the English no my mother tongue. Obviously as a loving, caring and sensible mother being separated in such a way for 1st. time for his son I would never refused any time of contact with my son. In fact, I will wait the phone calls of my loved son because is the first time we are separated for a weekend. The family during the whole weekend was looking the phone number where I can reach Allan Gregary Jr. during the weekend because he did not call me as was promised by Ms. Parmjit Kaur, new Social Worker so they found out the number of Mrs. Anne Marie (0207-9193400) and during the weekend I called her to find out about Allan Gregary Jr. and speak to him, I left at least 4 voices messages in her recorder. On Monday the 20.11.06 Mrs. Anne Marie kindly returned my phone messages and explained me that she has nothing to do with Allan Gregary Jr. because he was in foster care in Surrey and not in London. I immediately contacted (20 and 21.11.06) North West Social Children’s Team in Surrey to find out about my young son and the Solicitors, Embassy, Friends, etc. after 5 days they decided to make arrangements for the 1st. contact visit in the Blacke Ward in St. Peters Hospital and following contacts, all of them recordered to keep inform my family, friends, etc. which such a situation. So if what Ms. P. Kaur is saying that “Mrs. Philpott declined in front of 6 Polices officer, Social worker, Community Psychiatric Nurse and Psychiatric Doctor is stating something different it is a total contradiction with the recordings of all the events were recordered that day in our home and that have being listened for many people all over the world through the net. I even not going to make a comment about it because it is quite obvious the total contradiction.
In fact, in the recorders are the voices of the polices officer and other people making positives comments about Allan G. Jr. good health, positive and friendly chatting/happy young boy interacting with all of them. Their comments were positive for my as his Mother, Father and Carer. That is obviously an emergency situation or a young Son that can rise any concern to any one at all neither his mum.
My first contact with Allan G. Jr. was quite positive and full engage in our interaction, games, cuddles, hugs, kisses, etc. There are personal recorders available in case that the Court wants to listen to them which once more is a contradiction of the insensible comment of Ms. P. Kaur that “Allan did not seem to mind” interchange hugs and kisses with his mum.
In this contact, Ms. P. Kaur forbid me to speak in Spanish with my young son Allan G. Jr. so I explained that we used to speak in both languages (English/Spanish) and he is perfectly bilingual in both languages and if that was the case, I requested her to bring an interpreter in his next visit because I cannot change my natural interaction in a positive vocabulary mother – son, for her convenience, we even do not use the word “naughty”. At all time, I kept my natural interaction with my son as I said in both languages. I would like to highlight the fact that we never use rude vocabulary or rude or cruel actions between each other or with other people. As a Professional very well educated Lady and Christian, personally I practice the respect, love and consideration for other human beings and I teach my sons the same way. Allan Gregary Jr. is not an aggressive or self-destructive boy at any stage. Also, Allan G. Jr. just watched didactic TV and cartoons appropriate for his tender age in my company and supervision and not any program that has violence, wrong messages, etc.
When Allan G. Jr. does something inappropriate I speak to him calm, clear and firm in my teaching of discipline with love and respect and according with his age and his understanding. At any stage I support any wrong or bad behaviour to any of my children and obviously not to young Allan G. Jr. All of them are very good boys and I am very proud of all of them. I have a very clear structure of right or wrong and consequently I put the correct boundaries for Allan G. Jr. to follow. When he feels sad I cuddle him and I explain him nicely the right thing to deal or to do with the situation. He is very clever and receptive to my explanation.
As I said before, I sent a fax to NWCT, Ms. Suzi Mellis and P. Kaur, asking about the health & welfare of Allan G. Jr. having in the visits 3 punches in the right & left eyes, an infection I his low lip, a very bad cough adding today a very bad ass hole and surrounding areas irritation. He has been dressing a very tide red t-shirt saying “trouble” in the left top side and not dressing nicely and dignity, as he used to dress. In fact, in one of the visit of Allan G. Jr. with Ms. P. Kaur his eyes were punches/scratch and naturally I asked her about it. She answer to me that Allan G. Jr. was an aggressive boy and he use to harm himself against objects and the wall. I immediately clarified that Allan G. Jr. is a very sweet, friendly, confident, happy, chatting boy and that he never will do such a thing (recorders are available). I stated very clear that Allan G. Jr. never has suffered any type of accident, scratch or punches in any part of his body not in our private life not in front of Ms. P. Kaur in our contacts as she has stated, because I am very careful with his emotional, mental and physical health and welfare. Allan G. Jr. is very friendly with our family friends, nursery, etc. and even with strange people and boys we met in parks, churches, buses, shops, etc. My God and many good will people are witnesses of this fact. Naturally Allan G. Jr. has placed in a very hard position at his short age, which as a sensible parent I could understand he is not enjoying or having fun at all.
About the comment of Ms. P. Kaur about the nappy issue I even will not make any comment because her comment is totally ridiculous. After all my sessions with Allan G. Jr. I used to clean and tide the room and dispose safely the rubbish and dirty nappies as I done in our home.
Ms. P. Kaur stated: “Generally today’s contact was a good one for Allan G. Jr. and his mother”. Taking into consideration the whole circumstances which are very distressful for young Allan G. Jr. we have done quite well as we use to do as a Mother and Son.
Contact on 24.11.06- Blacke Ward
The contact with my young son Allan G. Jr. was quite positive and very engaged as we use to have at all time, it is very genuine and spontaneous. Mrs. P. Jones stated something in the 2nd. Paragraph which is completely outside reality taking into consideration that all the contacts with Allan G. Jr. are recordered and are a direct contradiction about the comments I supposedly said. About that Allan was having fun crushing the cheese balls on the carpet and she suggested me to tell him do not doing and I answered to her “I will tell him when I think he needs to be told”. I think it extremetely rude from Mrs. Jones even think or stated such a comment on her report when it never happened and also, I would never disrespect a senior person for “cultural reference”. I have a very clear structure of right or wrong and consequently I put the correct boundaries for Allan G. Jr. to follow. When he feels sad I cuddle him and I explain him nicely the right thing to deal or to do with the situation. He is very clever and receptive to my explanation.
The room was extremetely hot 28C degrees (personal thermometer) in fact I made the comment to Mrs. P. Jones, and was so bad for Allan G. Jr. and for me and he started to feel uncomfortable which is a quite reasonable reaction for a kid of his age. He did not want to separate from me and he left with Mrs. P. Jones very sad screaming mommy and showing a regrettable face to me.
Basically our contact was so good as usual and the positives comments from Mrs. Jones are accurate.
Contact on 28.11.06 – Blacke Ward
It is hard to believe that sweet Allan G. Jr. wanted not to see his mum, when he was picked up by Mrs. P. Jones or probably and very reasonable Allan G. Jr. does not enjoy too much the contact with Mrs. P. Jones taking into consideration that he was not happy all the way back home on 24.11.06 after his visit, in company of Mrs. Jones and very clear stated by her in her report.
We enjoyed our contact very well engaged as a Mother & Son in a good and naturally way with cuddle and kisses, games, chatting, etc. as usual. Also, I brought his bike to play with him, some cereal bars, wetabix, etc.
I made a brief comment to the Interpreter about why we have been separated, because it is quite shocking for the Latin Community the whole sad situation.
I usually request to Social Services in writing or to the companion of Allan G. Jr. keep his nails cut, clean his ears and cut his hear one per month, which is perfectly normal for any parent to keep her children clean and nice.
I do not celebrate at any stage any wrong or negative behaviour to Allan G. Jr as Mrs. P. Jones “stating he put Sudocream in his top and I just laughed” totally wrong observation.
Allan G. Jr. was crying and suffering when he left with Mrs. P. Jones again as he did on 24.11.06. Our contact was warm, nice and friendly as Mother & Son and Mrs. P. Jones was accurate in her positive comments.
The Review Tribunal was failed because the evidence showed was not taken into consideration and I have not the chance to make a speech at least of 10 minutes for my defence.
Contact on 29.l1.06 – Blacke Ward
Mrs. P. Jones stated another episode of Allan G. Jr. refusing to come to see his Mum and I could think that Allan G. Jr. does not enjoy too much the contact with her, as she had also stated on 24, 28 and 29.11.06 reports. After he arrived to hospital he was allright about going to see his Mummy which is a very normal reaction from a young boy for his mother.
Our contact was quite positive as Mother & Son. We were playing, chatting, playing, laughing, Son massage, etc. I brought raising, wetabix, fruits, etc. We always interact and speak in both languages English/Spanish.
Allan G. Jr. clearly told me “No Family” and I understand perfectly well that was speaking about the “Family” where we live with in London and obviously was not speaking at all about of family in Venezuela, his brothers and our whole family. She also, stated in her report that my kids in Venezuelan are with friends which is extremetely wrong because when I leave Venezuela I left my children with my loving mother, sister and family on legal bases and also on Social Services records. She is completely inaccurate about such comments.
I asked about where was living Allan G. Jr. with a family ? was it located in London or Surrey ? because there is too much darkness about the location of the Foster Care. In fact, the Venezuelan Embassy / Consulate has being not informed at all about that a Venezuela boy has been held by Social Services and his location. Even, at this stage the Venezuelan Government has not official information about my query to inform our Government about this sensible matter for our Country.
Mrs. P. Jones was totally inaccurate on many of her reports comments and it is a contradiction to the recording of the visit.
Contac on 01.12.06 – Blake Ward
Our contact was quite positive that day, because for personal & family reasons I had joy in my heart for a beautiful experience I had for 1st. time in my life many years ago, which reminds me wonderful memories. I bough to Allan G. raisins, fruits, cereal bar, etc. he enjoyed eating and toys, he enjoyed too. We played a lot in a very friendly and engage way, cuddles and kisses, stoking his back, massaging his legs and shoulders, he was particularly sweet and tender that day and we were laughing a lot. We played in the carpet, we ran around the room, teaching him the parts of the body parts in both languages, We as usual spoke spontaneously in both languages English/Spanish at all times.
I cannot get the sense in the comment about the things I wear, because I consider I dress/wear appropriate clothes/accessories according with my Latin lady style, occasion, weather, fashion, country, etc., even understanding & showing respect to other cultures when I have been abroad knowing they have a very strict dressing/wearing style for cultural reasons, so the comments about my dressing/wearing for me are totally out of order. I personally consider I dress/wear accordingly at all times with modesty, respect and consideration for others and not offensive at any stage. I accept that at this stage for my personal circumstances I am dressing/wearing very modest clothes but still keeping my Latin lady style, nice and with dignity. As a reference Venezuela had a very strong influence in fashion from France, Spain, Italy, New York, etc. which are very prestigious fashion industries known them worldwide.
Allan G. Jr. had another punch/scratch (the 3rd. one) in his face. Honestly talking in all his 28 months of age, he never has had so many punches or scratches, not even one on his body. So, I was impacted how did he get 3 punches/scratches in both eyes just in a period of 12 days. I asked Ms. P. Kaur about it and she stated even in her report that Allan G. Jr. has hurt himself and that he can inflict himself pain. I immediately clarified very calm and firm to Ms. P. Kaur and Ms. Loraine that Allan G. Jr. would never harm himself, because he is so sweet and he is not an aggressive boy to self-inflict pain to himself neither to others. She also state that “the children could behave like this when he cannot get their own way”, it is not the case of my young son, Allan G. Jr. cries and stand up in his toes to obtain what he wants. As I said already “When he feels sad or in this way, I cuddle him and I explain to him nicely the right thing to do accordingly with the situation. He is very clever and receptive to my explanation” and he forget the issue nearly instantly.
I said polite and clear to Ms. P. Kaur and Ms. Loraine I have never received any documents from North West Children’s Team about a case in Court, until the day before 30.11.06 at the Court offices where Ms. Denisse gave me some documents by hand few minutes before to go in to the Court Room and in fact I contracted the services of a Solicitor and Barrister for an hour to let the Judge know that I have not informed about this new case in Court and consequently I have not received the documents from Social Services I was not able to prepare and present a proper defence for my young son Allan G. Jr. that day in Court, which I consider was totally unfair for my young son and for me as his Mother/Father/Carer.
At all times I tried to enjoy every second with my son Allan G. Jr. in his visit and I do not like to be disrupted with other issues apart of our contact. Usually, Ms. P. Kaur and Loraine wanted me to talk with them about other issues and I have clarified them that there is not the right time to do that because that hour is so special for my son and for me, as a Mother & Son. I have been very much obligated to request them to restrain to keep doing so. Also, I have instructed them they can fax me, sending me or letting me letter with the staff that I would received and sign the mail control to assure them I have received them.
Ms. P. Kaur and Ms. Loraine that I prefer the people call me Mrs. Philpott instead of Gloria, which is right for etiquette and cultural reasons, specially when the person is not your personal friend, family, etc.
I personally prefer fresh home made food and fresh juices and water for Allan G. Jr. and I am very careful to give him different variety of fresh and healthy diet/drinks accordingly. I went out to bring filtered water to Allan G. Jr. because he refused to drink the bottle of drink the foster care sent. I came back and we smile and cuddle each other because he was not please that I left the room to pick up his water. So he drank it very happy.
We keep playing and he tried to climb on the chair to rise up to the window, he loves se by the window in my company and a teaching the colours, the cars, buses, bikes, motorcycles, etc. how nice is the people and kids walking in the street, the shops, the birds flying around, the sun and the sky, etc. In this occasion and in other he tries to remove the blind to see by the window by I explained nicely and clear he cannot touch the blinds because can be damaged instead he has to call me to help him out. It means, I gave right directions with love and discipline to my young son accordingly.
We have a very strong bond and interactive engage at all times with physical, verbal and eye contact quite positive as a Mother & Son.
Allan G. Jr. went out from the small room and the Ladies stating he wants to run away from his mum, quite offensive and insensible coming from both representatives of the Social Services Children’s Team. Also, I have to change his nappy as usual but the foster care did not send the cream so I requested to go out to bring his Sudocream I have in the room to change properly his nappy and protecting for any rashes or irritation because ha has never had one. Ms. P. Kaur state that “Mrs. Philpott took Allan from me and chatted to him”. Yes, I chat softly to my kids and especially to young Allan G. Jr.. It is our natural way to be as loving and caring parents, for the education I received as a child and my cultural background.
We tide up the toys in the room together. I usually during our contacts I keep it tidy to avoid that Allan G. Jr. fell down and avoid any accident.
Allan G. Jr. was crying when he was leaving and I tried to give him comfort speaking him softly and cuddling him, also I usually made prayers for him.
Ms. P. Kaur stated “Carolina (the interpreter) informed me that the staff at the hospital informed her that Mrs. Philpott had not taken her medication this morning”. A very weird comment taking into consideration that Caroline is not a staff in the ward and I understand she has to keep confidentially about the patients businesses, and the fact, I have being full cooperative with all the professionals and staff involved in “MY CARE”.
As I have stated before, the whole visit is recorded for the peace of mind of my family, friends, etc. and available for the Court.
Contact on 05.12.06 – Laureate Ward
I took few minutes to go out to see Allan G. Jr. because there was not staff available to open the door. As usual our contact was quite happy and positively well engaged. We were so happy to see each other and we kissed and cuddled. I noticed a very red infection in his low lip. Also, I noticed he was quite low in his moral in respect with all the visit before and the last one on 01.12.06, and in fact I made the comment to Ms. P. Kurd and Caroline the translator. We were interacting very nicely when few minutes after Ms. P. Kaur asked me to come out of the visit room to speak to me privately, which was quite weird to me. She wanted to give me by hand some papers she did not posted to me before to go to Court on 30.11.06 in order to prepare the proper defence for my son Allan G. Jr. in court. I asked her, once more, to be more sensible and do not interrupt my contact - visit with Allan G. Jr., which is especially important for my son and for me. I told her that those documents were important for me to receive them before to attend the Court on 30.11.06. At this stage, she can left the documents with the staff or posted to me, at her convenience. She got quite upset because I requested do not keeping interrupting the contact – visit with Allan G. Jr. and because I did not thing would be appropriated received all those documents at that stage and circumstances. She also asked me about the details of the new GP in London for Allan G. Jr. and I said that the St. Hospital, CMHT, GP in Woking have updated the details of the new GP in London and also I personally gave it to her as soon as the contact-visit finished that day in the presence of one of the staff.
As I said, I noticed Allan G. Jr. had a low lip infection, which was quite red and I made the comment to Ms. P. Kaur. She stated to the Interpreter and myself that Allan G. Jr. has harmed himself again, which it is quite obvious Allan G. Jr. had an infection in his low lip. Once more, I defended the position of my young son stating that he would never harm himself.
We were very relaxed set down on the floor reading a book about Christianity and the Master Jesus Christ that the family were we live brought me during the weekend this weekend.
Allan G. Jr. enjoyed his bananas, raisings, cereal bars, etc. he was very low at that stage and he wanted not to move around while he was eating. I commented that Allan G. Jr. was so low and in fact something disliked him and he start to cry a little bit and I gave him comfort. In fact, I highlight that spontaneously reaction from him to the Interpreter (Ms. Caroline) stating that Allan G. Jr. does not harm or self inflict any type of damage in order to translate it to Ms. P. Kaur. Ms. P. Kaur stated “Allan G. Jr. had spilled the raisings on the floor and was eating from it twice and I did not discourage him”. Well, Allan G. Jr. never used to have food from the floor and not at his 28 months. I do not allowed him to take anything from the floor and eating, I am so strict about the health and safety of my young son. The episode was that while I was tiding up the floor in few seconds, with the back to Allan G. Jr., Ms. P. Kaur said he took one raisin from the floor that was left and put it in his mouth but I did not see Allan G. Jr. such action because I was on my back.
We counted the numbers; we played with the trucks (baby truck and mummy truck). We tried to climb the chair to see through the window and I discouraged him to do so without my help. We were watching through the window together while Ms. Kaur was having a nice chat with Ms. Caroline (the interpreter). I made his nappy change I gave him kisses, cuddles and blessing. I encouraged him to be brave while he was leaving and to be a good a nice boy.
Ms. P. Kaur stated that “Allan G. Jr. was playing destructively, trowing the building blocks all around the floor, Mrs. Philpott was laughing whilst he was doing this continually saying “good boy don’t do that”. Allan would not stop doing this until I said to Mrs. Philpott that somebody could really hurt himself or herself if the building block hit them an Allan continues to do this”. That day Allan G. Jr. was so low, he started to throw two pieces of the lego and I spoke to him asking him why he was doing that because he is a friendly a good boy and he never do that. That this action was not nice and please do not do it. He stopped immediately after I talked to him. It is very obvious that I tried to know the reason why he threw the two lego blocks and discourage him to do it because that was not a nice action and because the good and friendly boys do not do that. Consequently he stopped to do it immediately.
Ms. P. Kaur said “The Spanish Interpreter left at 11:00 am. Therefore I was without an interpreter fro roughly 10 minutes however this was not too difficult for me as Mrs. Philpott communicated with Allan G. Jr. in English”.
That comment is wrong because I changed his nappy in the presence of the Interpreter. We cleaned and tided the room before finished the contact with the interpreter present and cuddled, kissed him and say good bay. We all left the room together at the same time, I went immediately to the ward and asked to one of the staff a copy of the new GP details and ordered my lunch for next day. I came back to the door and I gave the information to her. She placed the baby in a total risk in the door of a High Security Psychiatric Ward asking me insistently to take the documents she failed to post to me before the hearing on 30.11.06, I requested her to leave for the Health and Safety of Allan G. Jr. I told her directly but she could not understand me at all, and I asked one on the staff that as soon as I have a family solicitors I would let her know the details and she can deal with them directly in the meantime I cannot take all those documents at this stage and in such risky circumstances.
Ms. P. Kaur stated “Throughout today’s contact it is evident that Allan does display attachments towards his mother with the way they were interacting with each other, where ever she went in the room Allan G. Jr. follow her”. It is very sad that Ms. P. Kaur has not notice on records already in North West Children’s Team about the 28 month of Allan G. Jr, through our family members, friends, the whole community of Woking, all professional involved in the care and in 6 contacts visit such a strong bond between Mother & Son, when is extremetely evident and obvious for the whole world.
Our contact today was good even with Allan G. Jr. feeling a bit low.
As I have stated to all of them, I recordered everything for the peace of mind of my family, friends, etc. and recorders about this contact visit also is available.
Contact on 07.12.06 – Laureate Ward, Lunch with Allan G. Jr, Mr. Mcguirre & Male Interpreter
The report of Mr. Mcguirre is nearly accurate. He omitted that I reserved for Allan G. Jr. to have a warm cooked lunch (Fish, vegetables and potatoes) with me as soon as he arrived to the contact visit, being the 1st. time we had lunch together after our last lunch on 16.11.06. I did felt happy & excited when I saw Allan G. Jr. it just to happen when you love someone especially if they are your own kids. Allan G. Jr. had a very bad cough. I asked to Mr. Mcguirre about his treatment. I bought him a ball and we played football, played in the house with sounds, colours, singing, counting, etc. we talked and cuddle each other. We played with number 10. Allan G. Jr. was playing with a “little monster”, he was playing to use it as a sworn so I took it away as soon as I could. I commented that I prefer Allan G. Jr. watch didactic TV programs such as CBB’s and cartoons appropriate for his age. He wanted to climb on the table and I asked do not do that because was not nice and appropriate. He stopped to do it. He climbed with my help to the chair to see through the window the people. I had to tell Allan G. Jr. that love is important but gentle discipline too in order to reinforce him his good behaviour. We played a lot, kissing, cuddle, etc. The contact visit was quite good & nice for both.
Contact on 08.12.06 – Laureate Ward – Lunch with Allan G. Jr. Mr. Mcguirre & Caroline (Interpreter)
The report of Mr. Mcguirre is nearly accurate. Also, who will be the right person to talk about his hear cut. He is playing interacting with me and also very independent as he used to do.We played football, counting the numbers, chatting, laughing, making baby massage. He started to scream and I encouraged to do not do it. He wanted to go out to the corridor to run and he got upset, we stayed in the room and changed the subject. Allan G. Jr. was watching Mr. Mcguirre many times and his bodylanguage denote that he was looking for his approval to do things. I asked to Mr. Mcguirre if Allan G. Jr. lived with him. He said not. At that stage I have not meet the foster care couple. Allan G. Jr. caugh was still not improving and he had black circles around his eyes.
“Mother said she doesn’t want Allan G. Jr. playing with monster toys. She prefers him to play with educational toys”. I prefer it.
Allan G. Jr. was throwing toys and I was quite surprised of such behaviour. He is always so sweet, smiling and friendly.
Allan G. Jr. tried to go out to run in the corridor and I had to stopped. I could understand he wanted to play as we used to do it in the parks running around together and playing with the balls and other facilities. I felt sorry for him.
Mr. Mcguirre stated many times I have being checking my mobile phone, which it is not accurate at all, my mobile phones are hidden on me and not superficial. So there is not way I can take them out from my pockets to check them because I did not listened they were ringing. I always had a recorder hanging on me recording everything especially all contacts-visit with Allan Jr. and a radio and I do not need to check on them at all.
Also, he state “Allan getting disruptive and kicking out towards his mother”. Allan G. Jr. never has kicked me our hit me out, he has not this type of reaction when he is sad or upset. He just started to cry and stands up in his toes, that is his natural way to obtain what he wants.
I do not use the phrase “You stop it Allan”, instead I used to say “it’s not nice what are you doing” or “it’s not gentle” or “not good” my mother tongue is not English and so phrases sound quite rude or inappropriate in my mother tongue.
Ms. P. Kour arrived asking how is our contact today: easy “Well as Usual”.
Fortunately I made his nappy change, even when the nappy was dry, and I noticed he had a terrible irritation around his ass hole and the surroundings areas. I made the comments to the Interpreter (Ms. Carolina) and Mr. Maguirre about it. I cleaned his whole genital area with wipes and I put Sudocream all over the area. I complained to Mr. Mcguirre about all the punches, scratches, low lip infection, cough and now the irritation in his hole and the surroundings areas. I sent a fax straight away to Ms. Suzi Mellis & P. Kaur about the health and welfare of Allan G. Jr., which she replied on 12.12.06 letting me know she would investigate and would let me know.
I said good bye to Allan G. Jr. and I gave him cuddles, kisses, stimulating him to be a good boy, I noticed his face was quite red when he was leaving, probably the room was so hot again. We ran in the corridor in the way to the lift. I told him I love you a lot, te quiero mucho… and be a good boy. We ran together in the corridor shouting “Libertad”…
Our interaction was quite nice and good as usual. It was a very nice contact.
Contact on 11.12.06 – Laureate Ward – Lunch with Allan G. Jr. & Mr. Mcguirre
Very nice interaction and engaged with Allan G. Jr. He had lunch again hot food from hospital instead a cold sandwich from f/c. Allan G. Jr. loves hot food. I brough him sweets and cereal bars after lunch. I put gel in his hear to make him look more gorgeous. Teaching colours with the sweets and explaining them according with the nature. I noticed Allan G. Jr. has improved with his cough. Still Allan G. Jr. does not feel quite well with the cough. I explained how sensitive is the family issue with kids in my country “in my country child would not be taken away from a mother”, and not in an unlawful way. I asked Mr. Mcguirre about his professional background with children.
“The father of Allan fantastically good or that he will be sad when he hears his son has been separated from his mother”. I will not even comment about it.
I asked about the whereabouts of Allan G. Jr. to Mr. Mcguirre to inform my Embassy, family and friends because I have not received a reply still of my faxes dated 03.12.06 and 11.12.06. After nearly one month my representatives in the Embassy Consulate have not being informed about the sensible issue with one of the Venezuelan Child and Mother, neither my family on North West Children’s Team records.
The room was again quite hot and Allan G. Jr. start to get red and tired. I made the comment to Mr. Mcguirre.
Also, I noticed a little bag hanging around his chest and I asked him if he was recording my contacts-visit with Allan Jr. because I have been not informed about it at any stage by fax or post, or any other document. I clarified to him that I understand by the UK Law that you have to inform the other party that you are recording. I said I have not problem they recording our contact-visit but at least I would like to be informed as I do with them. It means, it is the right of the other party to know.
I played with Allan G. Jr., he was eating the sweets and biscuits. We counted, cuddled and kissed each other and visual contact.
As I have said before we have a very strong bond as a Mother and Son. Our relationship is quite positive and friendly and very well engaged. Allan G. Jr. is a sweet, happy, confident, friendly, smiling young boy. For the people who know him is “simple adorable and gorgeous”, very easy do deal with.
