Dear Customer Relations at Nat West.com,
Dear Madam or Sir,
I confirm I have received your credit in my Current Account of £227.00
accordinlgy with my letters I sent to you dated 25 April 2007 and 07
Junio n 2007 and your proposal for settlement of my complaint I sent
to you on 10 June 2007.
Very sadly you have charged again on 08062007 my Current Account with
£60.00 on top of your previous unfair charges. I would like to
request you credit my account with such amount and as I already have
requested to you. Again I would like to have the chance to request you
stop any further charges linked to the same initial complaints.
Unfortunately, you have made unfair charges to my account many times (
£365.00, £227.00 and £60.00) and you have been not kind enough to make
the reimbursement on time ; Additional to this you have failed to pay
or credit my account with a proportional interest which is a very
common practice in the International & Modern Banking System in the
Globe, logicaly because the bank have been using (The Client) my money
in the banking market to make profits.Also, because the bank will make
charges to my account because on the top of your unfair charges. Que
tal ? What a Naughty Banking Policy in the U.IK.
I wento to my Branch Picadelle & New Bond Branch on 14062007 and Ms.
Natali Brooks (Manager Assistant) kindly took copies of my complaint
again, which I sent by post the same day with the request to credit to
my account £60.00.
I would like to request you to make this credit of £60.00 to my
account in urgent bases because I have already made a transaction and
the money need to be in the accoun for Monday 18062007 in order to
back up that transaction.

complaint of £206 for UNFAIR CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT AGAIN and directly
linked to the last previous complaints. As you very well know, I have
made others previous complaints linked with this last one; 1) The
first one of £365, credited to my account on 13.04.2007; 2) A second
one of £287.00 credited to my account of £227 on 15.06.2007+ £60 on
17.08.2007 and 3) This 3rd. one of £206 which I am making on my letter
attached.
I would appreciate you credited urgently such amount to my account and
please prevent this situation continues going on and on through my
account, making a disaster in my account.
