Thank you for your email which I received by hand in our meeting on 31082007 at 2:30 pm and on 04.09.2007 by email.

1. I am glad to hear that you have received the Legal Certificate made from 28.08.2007, so you will perfectly able to representing us in this proceedures.

2. Thank you for your appointment with Dr. McGowan on 10.09.2007 at 3:00 pm, as you told me in your phone call yesterday 03.09.2007,after our hearing in Guildford Counti court the same day. Could be possible an earlier appointment with Dr. McGowan during this week ?, because after the english court is lazie to attend immediately a Psichiatric Consultation ?.

3. I am glad to hear that Dr. McGowan is managing to sent me my Medical Records in order to place them in Guildford court after 2 months requesting them so.

4. It's fine to hear that the Solicitor from Surrey Sucial Services have link with you to provide the documentation you need.

***Have you already made a tentative appointment with an Independent Consultant Psichiatric as you agree in our meeting on Freeday 31.08.2007 ? In order to place all his/her details in Court personally on 10.09.2007 at the Court hearing?

***I have spoken with Mr. M. Nusrat in order to make a reservation during the whole week 24.09.2007, as we agree in our 1st. appointment on 28.08.2007. I will supply to you his chamber details as soon as I have them because he just move in to a new Chambers during the last weekend. In the meantime, if you consider will be appropiate attend the unexpected hearing with another barister you trust on 10.09.2007, it will be OK for me, if she is really god in Court.

To Ms Philpott,

Thank you for your email.

1. I have spoken to the Legal Services Commission and have applied for
public funding so that we can represent you in these proceedings. When
we receive the certificate it will start from 28th August i.e. the day
that you came in to see me.

2. I have spoken to Dr McGowan who is prepared to do an updating report
(you showed me his report dated March) as your treating psychiatrist -
he is in overall charge of your care.

3. He has received your request for disclosure of your medical records
and is dealing with this - there is a procedure they need to go through.

4. I have spoken to the solicitor for Surrey who has sent me their final
evidence and care plan.

5. I have not taken any steps to identify a psychiatrist to carry out an
independent assessment of you and am not proposing to make these
enquiries until I have read the papers and have spoken to you at our
appointment on Friday.

6. The next court hearing is on 10th September and is the pretrial
review.

I note that you have copied a barrister, Mamood Nusrat, in to the email
to me. You were going to let me know which chambers he is in so I can
find out his availability. In the meantime I have booked counsel (who I
know and who is very experienced) from a chambers who specialises in
this work to do the hearings.

Thank you for bringing in the papers. I have arranged for them to be
copied.

I confirm you appointment on Friday 31st August at 2.30 pm.

Thanks you very much for your earliest appointment on 28082007 at 11
ma, which was made by Mr. Pier5 Ranain - Wainwright & Cummins
Solicitor.

I understand after you called the other firm of solicitors faraday (he
was not apparently registered in Guildford court record eithers he had
represent me at the public light of my knowledge) that they decided
"coincidentially" canceled the Legal Fun Certificate they have ALIVE
in the last 3 months, previous to our 1st. appointment. Also, that
you feel please to open a new certificate in your Firm name "Bindman &
Partners", which I think is fine at this stage.

1. Have you able to contact the Legal Services Commission to open a
new one at this stage ?

2. I went to your office earlier this morning (29082007) and a left
all the paper work you requested me in our appointment of yesterday.

3. Have you being able to contact Dr. McGowan to make an appointment
with me yet & requesting him tranfer my medical notes to the new CMHT
& provide me with copy from my medical records to place them in
Guildford court regarding to the INTERIM care order against my son
ALLAN GONZALEZ. During this afternoon, I sent him a new email
requesting him all these issues again.

4. Have you being able to find out another alternative Consultand
Psichiatric to have a Psichiatric Assessment made as a 2nd. opinion in
order to place it in the Guildford Court as we discuss ?

The gentlement I would like to have as a Senior barister is Mr. M.
Nusrat and his mobile number is 07904-960788. He knows already about
the case and he had atendded court 2 times before. He is moving to a
New Chambers and he will provide me with his new offices numbers in
shortly, which I will sent to you
straight away.

Also, I would like you confirm in writing our appointment on 31082007
at 2:30 pm as you suggest.
