I, Gloria Philpott, Venezuelan Citizen, of Lambeth Borough, acting in person in this case, I would like to submit evidence of my Statement dated 10.01.2007, already placed on your Court the same day, and as you have ordered in the Court Hearing on 10.01.2007, as follows:

On July I completed my one year treatment according with English Psicos. International prestigious and very well known psychiatrics were not agree at all about the treatment and hospitalization for 1st. time in our lives of nearly 6 months in a psychiatric Hospital; Coincidentally after, I brought Mr. Allan Gregary Philpott (old) from Halliburton (MWKL, KBR Group) to the UK Court of Law. All the Judgments were favourable to my son Allan Gregary Gonzalez and to me. Thanks goodness… 06.09.06

18 Post or Mail to Gloria Philpott on Blake Ward, St. Peters from 19.12.06 to 03.01.2007. Showing I have never received any mail, letter or fax from Surrey Social Services, NWCT stating they have started a Child Proceedings in Guildford Court on 24.08.06 and that they have registered Allan Gregary Gonzalez in the Child Protection Register, without informed me as his mother. Also, while I was in Laureate Ward, the ward had their own post & mail control.

Note: We attended in Sep’06, a call doctor in Woking Hospital about Allan Gregary Gonzalez rashes on his skin. The Doctor prescribed a cream and he improved. It can be verify with Woking Local Hospital.

All the evidences I am placing in Court will prove I have said the truth at all time, I have acted with due diligence and full cooperation, very well engaged with all the professional involved in our care at all time, even when the International/Expats Psychiatrics stated I am not mentally ill or unwell, and the whole incident in 2005 and 2006, have been appalling and shocking for all of them. I would like to highlight that as a sensible, loving, caring and responsible Mother/Father/Carer (lone parent). I have the Spiritual, Moral and Human duty to protect and support my children at all time.

Also, I am not able to provide to the Surrey County Council, Legal Services and to the Guardian Solicitors with the sets of all the evidence, I am placing in Court today to proceed accordingly, for the obvious hardship and lack of funds I am going trough at this stage.

I would advice them to contact directly the Family Section in Guildford Court and obtain all the evidences by themselves.
